It regularly takes them ten minutes per car. That is not an exaggeration and it is not an isolated occurrence. The last time I sat in the right lane and watched while the left lane served 4 cars in the time it took my lane to even move. Have currently been sitting here for 15 minutes and only two cars have been served.

Sitting in the eternal drive thru line right now hoping for one of the kind people. Don’t quite understand why 9 cars are backed up but one line continues to move so quickly and the other is soooo slowly. On top of this I also don’t understand the allocation of one employee to the window instead of 2 which backs up the cars. One associate told me he wouldn’t synchronize medications because it was “difficult.” This has always been offered and simple before. He offered me good luck doing it on my end. I tried to explain this was to benefit for Dillons as well, as I would only be through the line 1x vs 8, lol. Nope. 8 30 min segments each blessed month. What a waste for the economy when you multiply this out by their customer baseEdit: different month. Back again a million times. I have noticed how I never come unless I have at least an hour+ in my schedule to wait in line for prescriptions that are already ready and paid for. Appears to the untrained eye they are understaffed and slow. One lane is often closed, and one car can take 15 minutes to take care of. So extremely frustrating. This drive thru accommodation is essential for parts of our population.

Once I get a human being involved, things go quickly & easily. However, the online Kroger software being used to order & track prescription refills is absolutely terrible! I prefer order refills online, at days & times at my convenience. But I have found, on numerous occasions, that the system is frequently down (won't accept refill orders) and inaccurate when it comes to the estimated time the refill is ready as well the estimated cost. If I could, I'd split my rating to give 4-5 stars to the Dillons pharmacy staff and 0-1 for their online (Kroger) IT dept and its software

Rude. Customer service at this place has just gotten plain rude and unhelpful in the past year. They argued and claimed one of my medications wasn’t covered by my new insurance plan when I knew for a fact it was. A phone call to my insurer an hour after I left this store confirmed it. I’m done. Going somewhere else.

Very poor service. They lost one prescription completely and my doctor had to call another one. My husband waited several hours to get pain meds for a kidney stone. My doctor sent a script and it still wasn't ready more than a day later and when I went to pick it up, I was told it wasn't even started and would be at least an hour. I won't be using them again.

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Prescriptions that are faxed in on a Monday are not even ready by Saturday. They have even refused to refill a prescription faxed in by my doctor because they didn't think I should have a refill. What is decided by my doctor and me is none of their business. Take your business else where because they obviously think they know better then the doctors that know about your heath history.

This Derby location has really turned around... and the one I went (Seneca) to has fine down hill.My doctor called the Seneca location while I was out of town and his nurse then arranged a new med, discount card, etc. (I have a great doctor btw) so I got to Seneca location and they had no notes. They tried to charge me 3506 cash price for the medicine the doctor office verified discount card should be 25. They rang up the wrong quantity.I was given the option of take it or leave it. Even though previous transactions were in the system they wouldn't check it. So I called Derby because I had to find someone that would listen...In 10 minutes Juaqun the Derby technici an got the 3506 medicine corrected to $25; got the correct quantities on my other 2 meds for 90 day supplies, transferred everything to Derby. Walked in and Sang gsve me a great consult in the New medicine which I had not been offered at the other store.If you need help go in and ask for Juaquin! He and the rest of the staff did great!Why? Well they did say that they Re under new management in that store and it shows!

I would recommend a pharmacy that is willing to work with you. I got called saying all my prescriptions were ready the day before to come and they have two filled and are still working on the others. Which fine I can understand but what I can’t understand is my the pharmacist refused to use my good rx card. I paid more then what I should have due to her and I can only afford my medications with the goodrx. Very disappointed and feel scammed.

Every month refilling my seizure medication is a problem. Staff never have the medication ready for pick up even when calling days-weeks in advance. Previous lapses in being out of seizure meds (specifically due to this pharmacy) has triggered numerous seizures. While I understand the medication I’m on is rare and has extra protocols due to being a controlled substance, this is now the 5th month in a row the pharmacy has let me down in having my prescription ready. I’m very disappointed and frustrated as I’ve even talked to management about making sure this doesn’t keep happening.

Horrendous wait times and rude staff. Every prescription I get a phone call saying my script is ready, then when I come to pick it up, it's not ready. Call before you drive to insure your meds are actually ready for pick-up.

Dillons is typically the lowest cost pharmacy in the area, but that being said, they're customer service has really declined over the past 6-8 months. They're not near as friendly, and takes much longer than it used to.

I got the robo call saying my PX was ready, waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back in 45 minutes. Drove away and got literally 2 miles away and got another call saying it was ready. I can’t wait to go back and wait in line again. This pharmacy needs help!!!

Was sent back in line 3 times after being told still working on it but the 3rd time they informed they wouldn't even have it for 4 days after all that I get almost home and noticed they only gave me 5 days because of insurance but was NEVER told or even asked if I wanted to pay for it. Over 2 hours of my day that was wasted and so much stress I was sick from all that nonesense

Was told 45 minutes and waited two hours finally got to the front and was told they were sorry but the girl did not put it in so I will have to wait another 45 mins. I left and 5 mins later they called and said I could come pick it up. When I said I will be right up there they told me I would have to wait in line again. Never going back again. My 5 year old son was sick and had a fever and they could see that.

Where to begin? Prescriptions don't get filled for 24 hours unless we tell them it's an emergency. Why would I show up to pick it up if I didn't want it? Also, have been filled incorrectly.

Worse pharmacy I've ever seen. Went to get my same.meds I get every month and they where out said it would take 4 days to get i. Had to drive clear to wichita to even get it filled. Every month it's something with this pharmacy
