If I could use a different pharmacy I would. My insurance stopped covering my medication and substituted with a different without notification. The hours are a joke along with staffing. Pharmacist today didn't even understand English to explain why they tried to give me a drug I wasn't supposed to take.

Dr electronically sent prescription about 11:00 this morning. It’s 5:00 pm and it’s still not ready. Each time I call the recording says it’s being filled. I’ve used CVS prior to moving to Kansas and we’ve always been pleased with service. This one in Target on Rock Road is not very efficient!

The Pharmacists that work here are extremely helpful and nice! I switched from Walgreens at Harry and webb to the CVS target in derby. Walgreens is a lot closer to my house, but they don't treat you right. I'll drive an extra 5-10 miles to get good customer service. Angela is my favorite pharmacist here. She goes above and beyond to help me.

I used to love this pharmacy. Unfortunately the friendliness, helpfulness, and customer service vanished with the old employees. I must say, I've only dealt with the same person each time so maybe the others are better.

Workers don’t know their job so I had to call the doctor to resend my prescription and then they told me after a 20 minute wait they don’t take my insurance- but welcomed me to pay out of pocket 😡
