Clean store. Helpful staff. Shelves well stocked. Only one issue, please update your gluten free dry goods section. The products haven't changed in Nearly 2 years. I would like to see some of the products at El Conn Walmart that I've seen in other walmarts around Tucson.

Nice Walmart, not as big as I am used to though. It is real nice for a quick stop if you are in the area. The people here are friendly.

Has everything you're not looking for. More of an in-between "Neighborhood Walmart" and "Super Center". Staff is generally nice and helpful with a few exceptions.

This walmart is located in Augusta KS. They have the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen in a walmart, there store was also laid out extremely well organized and spotless. Good job guys!

Almost every time I'm here, they only have one cash register open, which is the tabbaco counter at the opposite end of the doors. As someone who has recently had hip surgery, it is very inconvenient to try and worry about self check out rather than walking all the way to the 20 items or less checkout. You normally have 2 or 3 employees standing in the self check out area but can't stand the checkouts, which is kinda weird. Not to mention the teenagers they allow to destroy the isles and play throughout the store including on the disabled scooters, saying "it's better than them being out in the heat".

As far as wallmart goes, this one is laid out a little differently than the one I use, in Wichita or Newton. Finally was able to find what I needed. The good thing about Walmart is it usually open when you need something and other stores are closed. The bad thing is, it’s hard to find anybody to ask a question of. I think I walked the entire store, backwards forwards and back again at least twice trying to find items we needed to get my sister moved. Who would’ve guessed that moving tape would be in Stationery clear across the room from groceries or hardware?

Overall clean, well stocked, and for the most part friendly and decent staff. And if you need help finding something there is one person in particular I like to ask for.. Just ask for Rick. If the item is in store he can take you right to it. He is very polite.

You are definitely able to social distance. Never super busy. Sometimes they are out of something I need, but who isn't nowadays. Most of the staff is helpful and friendly. I love shopping early in the morning when they open. Sometimes there are not enough cashiers, but they do have self checkout.

I’ve waited a week to do this google review so that I could sincerely question myself if I’m being unreasonable, I’ve questioned myself and I have come to the conclusion that Walmart in Augusta, Ks is undoubtedly the one being unreasonable!I had to buy over $900 of items to open our lodge. In the line, there was 3 or more waiting for me to move on so that they can get home, maybe even to feed their families. I had 3 or more items that were cheaper on the Wal-Mart app. I checked to make sure each item showed, sold and shipped by Wal-Mart and that I had the Augusta store pulled up. On my way out there was a long line of customers at the customer service desk and I needed to rush as we had clients flying in that night to stay in the lodge. I went back to Wal-Mart 2 days later. The rep called her manager and the manager adamantly said no she would not price match as they would only price match the day I bought the items. I said in a non argumentative way, help me make sense to this rule….if I can return items for 60 days, why wouldn’t you price match for 60 days? Furthermore, I asked why wouldn’t I bring the items back to then turn around to buy them again to get the lower price. Continually she and her body language was saying no. At the end, she said FINE, I’ll do it once but I’m only going back 14 days. At that time, I said never mind, I will get it taken care of. I’m calling and writing headquarters in hopes they realize there is still competition out there and customers are important and should be treated as.I hope to get my items price matched, though I may have to gather them up, return them and possibly hold up other customers just because Wal-Mart in Augusta, Ks cares less for their customers and their busy and very hectic lives less than I do!

I think this is my favorite Wally world. It's clean and, well pardon me, much less "shock effect" shoppers. Seems quality customers makes a store feel better, imagine that. Still, never gonna force me to check myself unless you pay me to do it. JUST SAYING !Most recently, stopped in for "on way home shopping", it was busier than usual and still same atmosphere. As an out of towner passing through, Augusta folks rock.

Someone fell today in the Garden Center and they were quick to come out and help the person as much as they could while we waited for the person's family member to arrive. Very helpful staff and the store pretty much always has what I need.

My second favorite Walmart ,,, country folk small town and will hunt you down to get out of the store closing time means outsiders are out the door by the exact minute stated on the store hours. Ladies up front don't play.... Appreciate your staff and their time especially the count down that usually begins 30 minutes from punch out.. I went to customer service and asked them to break a 20 dollar bill into two 10 dollars. Was told we don't keep 10's and won't exchange for another amount because it messes up the register. I at first thought the guy was joking. He wasn't. I find that crazy. Went to dillons and had no issue getting my 20 dollar bill exchanged. Just trying to figure out how getting a 20 dollar bill for 2 tens or 4 five dollar bills messes up the register. Isn't it the same amount?
