I just wanna say how great the employees are that do the online pickups are! We pick our groceries up every weekend and they are awesome. While waiting on our order to be brought out blows my mind how people wanna sitting their vehicles discussing their orders while the employees are stading in the rain Delivering THEIR food. Much respect for the employee and their patience. I would have had to mouth off..

Closes too damn early bakery deli and pharmacy close even earlier not enough cashier's and prices have gotten a little too high needs much improvement in those areas however the workers are nice and friendly. The store should be open till 11 pm this modern times in 2023 not 1800's but closes like it was the 1800's

This store is outdated and I do not like how they have their grocery aisles set in place. It's hard to find anything cause you have the pet and cleaning aisles right in the middle of grocery. So grocery is split up all throughout the store. Hard to find items you're looking for.

It was 5:20 in the afternoon and we went to the Deli to pick up a fried chicken meal and there was little to no product on the line. At 5:20 in the afternoon that hot deli line should be full of product! It shows a serious lack of good management to have a travesty like that during prime dinner hour.

Friendly staff for the most part. Definitely have a few high school aged kids who rather not be working and their facial expressions show that, but overall friendly. Very helpful when needed. Great selection of items and always stocked as much as possible. Love the coupons and deals they have all the time, saving money is always the best! Bathrooms can be a tad dirty at times, but overall they are pretty clean. Checking out typically isn't too long because management is good about paying attention and calling more cashier's as needed.

It's like an ordinary grocery shopping store. Almost all the employees are kind and friendly. The customer service area is good with people there at all time, but the lady there almost seems bored or distracted by other things. Every time my mother or myself goes there, the lady seems to be glaring at us. The Deli section has gotten a little more expensive and sometimes you have to wait up to half an hour for the chicken to come out. There's a variety selection of items and always stocked.

Selection of dairy-free options is dwindling as time goes on, and is often intermixed with similar dairy containing items (which is dangerous for those with allergies to even grab the door handle). My biggest issue, lack of proper bagging… raw meat mixed with produce. This time I had tomatoes and lettuce in a bag with uncooked bacon and a different bag with more uncooked meat bagged with blackberries and a half gallon of soy milk. It is very inconsistent the manner in which bags are filled but the improper bagging is sadly very consistent at this location. I get that it’s a small town store but this is why so many people would rather use self checkout, not because it’s convenient because it isn’t, but because of improper bagging and food safety. Unfortunately this location doesn’t have that option to self-checkout to ensure things are bagged appropriately.

They need to have someone at the customer service area at all times. Had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone showed up to wait on me. The girl that is there most of the time is so unfriendly and she acts like she doesn't want to be bothered.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. Love the mark down areas.great deals.with the. Dillons card, lower prices but lowers price of your gasoline as well. A nice incentive. Produce has a good, fresh variety of fruits and veggies.

They are equipped with the essentials, I don't buy anything that has more then 4 ingredients on any of the labels, strictly organic and lots of fresh produce and fruits. I am also picky on meats too, so they carry what I like. So choose wisely, your life and healthy habits depend on what you buy. Think about it.

Augusta's Dillons is wonderful. Living in Wichita, I shop Dillons, but working in Augusta, I shop for my elderly client, also shop at Dillons. Augusta is a smaller store, always clean. Employees are very helpful and always friendly. There are employees on the floor who are willing and ready to help. Thank you. It's a pleasant experience.

I wish I could leave separate reviews for each department, but since I can’t, I will explain why here. I love this Dillon’s store in general. The produce department is top shelf, the pharmacy staff is exemplary and the bakery is outstanding. However, every time I’ve ordered boneless chicken wings on a day that David is frying; they smell and taste like burnt oil and are completely dried out (like chicken jerky) from being dropped for too long. In truth, my chicken loving dog sat there with one of those boneless wings in his mouth for several minutes, as if he was debating on whether or not it was safe for consumption. No, that’s not a joke. He (David) either needs to be trained on straining/changing the grease more often, as well as sticking strictly to the recommended fry times; or he needs to stick to serving from the case out front. (To be clear, I am not suggesting that the chicken be cooked for less time in burnt oil. I’m suggesting not cooking anything in burnt oil, as well as not over cooking the chicken in any oil for too long. Just my opinion...

Waiting to long in checkout is a problem now , and meat department needs to get better steaks . Price is higher , and half the steak is grizzle . KC strip's , T Bones ,babyback rib's , all need to be improved.

This place is refusing to give you your money back in the form of pocket change, when you refuse to give me back my hard earned money you are stealing from me! Many of us choose to pay cash for a reason and for your store to not give us that change back.....I’m sure there are laws that prohibit this. Though I see you are trying to promote an New Socialist World Order and create a cashless society! Wake up people!!! Do let this place or any other place bully you out of your hard earned money and refuse to give you your change back.

Small town store, not a great deal of selections available... However, what is there is clean, well organized, and fresh. Deals can be found in the meat department if you go in early enough, sometimes as much as 60% off.Unlike many dillons stores, this one doesn't constantly move things around once you get used to where things are at. That's something I really appreciate in a store. One of the wichita stores had their bread in 3 different places in 3 months which is just aggravating.The staff is usually fairly helpful, especially those on the floor. The front end folks aren't always terribly efficient, it just depends on whether you get a long timer or short timer as a cashier.

This particular dillions has a small town feel and the most friendly country southern charm that they even thank you for coming into the store and shopping and wait on you like your the most important person in the store.i will drive 24 miles to this store because of the cleanliness and fully stocked shelves and the people that love working to please a customer and make you feel like they have known you forever..the ultimate shopping experience...

I was very disappointed with my visit because I was trying to use my rain checks that I had and was told that they had expired. The rain checks did not have an expiration date on them anywhere!!! I've been using coupons and rain checks for years and if there is not an expiration date on them it usually means it doesn't have one. Well not at Dillons!!!
