Took my 2 year old dachshund here after deciding to switch vet offices- I will definitely be staying here. Our last vet was rough with our dog and did not have much patience. Not to mention you had to wait over an hour to be seen- and very rushed appointments, not thorough. (El paso animal hospital in derby in case you were wondering.) Not the case with this place. Dr Scott Sullivan was absolutely amazing. Very nice, gentle, and really took his time to answer questions and to do a thorough exam. I was very happy with our services here. I will see nobody else from now on!**Edit**Our pup ended up having a slight reaction to her vaccines, mainly nausea and gastric symptoms. I called and they had me come in right away, they administered an anti nausea and steroid shot to help. (This is not surprising as my dog has a sensitive stomach anyways, and dachshunds are prone to vaccine reactions. This was not their fault.)They were prompt and were very infomative as well as reassuring. They did not even charge me to bring her back in. Just another reason why they are so great! Thank you AAC!

I called the Augusta Veterinary clinic in a panic. I had called my normal vet and seven other vets to see if anyone could see our Boston for an emergency X-ray and possible surgery: they all turned me down. Even though my normal vet had the ER paperwork and knew that Penny had a life threatening condition, they wouldn’t even try to squeeze her in. If not for the wonderful people here at the Augusta clinic, our Penny wouldn’t have survived! Thank you so so much! I am switching her care to this clinic and I will happily drive 45 minutes to support the clinic that did everything to save her life!

We started taking our animals here after they were the only ones willing to help with an emergency after hours call in. They have been absolutely amazing with out dogs. We have one that has lots of problems and isn't very sociable but they are so patient with him and willing to let him get comfortable before jumping on him. They're always willing to stay a little late to take care of them. I will never use another vet as long as they are open!

Brought all 3 of the dogs in to get shots updated, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had all of them finished in about an hour and it may be their new favorite place lol.

I found a baby kitten under my house so I took it inside and it hasn't been born very long because it still had blood and the sack on it. I called Augusta Animal Clinic to see if they might have a feeding bottle for baby animals. They did. I went to their establishment immediately and bought the bottle plus bought all 3 cans of supplement milk they had for the baby kitten. They were extremely nice and they even took the time to talk to me about how much to feed the baby kitten. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Augusta Animal Clinic.

I am SO impressed with whole staff at Augusta Animal Clinic. They all showed caring and empathy beyond the expected! I had to.put my loving companion of over 13 years down a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was going to kill me!! The staff went over and beyond in their understanding and compassion! They even sent me a Sympathy Card. That meant the world to me. They have earned my business for my next puppy!! I willowill trust noone but them with my pets! Thank you!

Update: I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. This last year one of our animals was diagnosed with cancer and they were amazing. From the surgery to remove the mass to today when we had to say goodbye because it had returned in force.Great experience and wonderful with our animals. They look at the whole picture and treat the cause not just the effects. Love them

They take great care of my pets. Right now with this virus you may have a a long wait but you pet will be happy you waited. We had a very itchy dog and two days later she is more relaxed feeling better dog. They are the best.

These people are kind and answer all my questions even on a busy day. For the first and I pray last time, I had to take one of my pup for emergency help. He ate pillow stuffing and I was so scared of losing him, poor pup was shaking, puking and just stopped eating. It's a hard to know when to go to the vet, considering cost. But it was past time. They did not judge me, they did everything they could to give him the best care while keeping cost down. Well after two days, I'm sitting here writing this review, with both my babies on me! I am so grateful that I have my baby and he is eating and wagging his tail again. I could not be more grateful for all their hard work and dedication. They even let me visit him, and I feel that we both needed that. He is back to his old self, and all I can say is thank you

$170.00 and didn't find anything. Yet my Bonni has a spot on her rump that they didn't find and for Bonni it's sore to the touch and she whines.. So now they want more money for me to come back the next day to have them re-examine the spot that they missed. Don't go there they're just gold diggers.

They are very nice but I recently adopted a 4 week old kitten from them and although the vet cleared him the minute we got him home he was very sick. I called right up there and they made everything right. Saw my kitten for free and treated him for free as well as gave me a discount for his shots the first year of his life. Wonderful people.

We have only seen Dr Cocke and Dr Sullivan but we have seen them frequently with six pets. A couple of our pets are older with some health issues. They are very knowledgeable and caring and treat them like their own. The staff are all amazing. They also have walk in times which are great when needed. I would highly recommend them. Thankful my brother told me about them.

I can’t say enough about this place. They always remember my dogs and I when we come in!! They’ve been amazing with covid too. They’re very clean and they mandate masks and social distancing. My little man gets nervous at the vet already, so I was scared to leave him alone with them while he got his shots. I could hear them in there playing with him and trying to keep him comfortable because he was so nervous. They took it very slow so he wouldn’t be scared. They could also tell I was nervous, so they came out to update me and reassure me that he was doing okay. Could not be more impressed with how much they care!! There’s no one else I would trust more with my pets :)

This Animal Clinic was there for me during one of the most difficult times in my life. Extremely friendly and empathetic. The prices were very reasonable too. It shows that they put animals first over profits. They will continue to be the only veterinary clinic I will go to for my animals. Also, I would like to personally mention Dr. Scott. He is great at his job and is only interested in helping animals. His staff he has working for him are amazing as well. This is definitely the only place for me and my animals. Great place.

Yesterday I had to make one of the hardest decisions ever with my fur baby of 19 years. Dr. Cocke was the such a blessing for us on this and gave the best, loving and caring support we could of asked for on it. I can't thank him and his staff enough on this! The true caring advice, love and the next best step will forever be dear to our hearts. Thank you!
