I am always happy when I go to this particular ace. If I need help finding something, the staff always know where it's at. I also find it nice to explore and check out what all they have. Unfortunately, this can't be said for all ace hardwares. This one is a place I'd like to be.

This is a wonderful store! If you walk in the door at least 3 to 4 people will say hello and ask you if you need help. It is the most welcoming Ace store I’ve ever seen! Also, what a product selection. Anything you need plus you will find here. Take the time to check it out.

Thank goodness this place was open on Sunday! We needed some parts to set my sister’s washer and dryer up in her new apartment. Not only do they meet you at the door and guide you to where you will find your items that you need most quickly, they also talk to you about the pieces and parts and give you guidance in buying the right items. Amazing! Esp in a world of Walmarts, to get help like this from anyone in any store! Simply great customer service.

The store was well stocked, clean. I was greater by 4 employees. Employees where in proper attire well groomed, friendly, and one gentleman proceeded to ask if I needed any assistance in locating anything . So we proceeded to the isle where door mates were. Shelves were well stocked, organized, all the items prices and descriptions clearly marked legible. Every item I had on my list I acquired in a few extra things and received discount and also use my rewards card prices were moderate excellent work as employees thank you

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. I came in right before closing, needing a plumbing part to be able to fix my water heater pipe, and staff was great and helped me out with the right part.

Like I stated before this place always has someone at the ready to help you find what it is you are looking for. I had something that I couldn't get freed up and without hesitation one of the guys took it and went to the back and put it in a vice and used another bar for more leverage and freed it up. I was impressed at how the folks are literally waiting to help you out. Oh and there is a lady in there that is super knowledgeable about gardening, fertilizers, soil and the like. All the way to the register the employees here are ready to assist with a smile. It is nice to shop here.

It was Sunday 4:15 when when it began to rain and we were traveling thru on our way to Colorado and our bags were on the Roof of the car with my daughters laptop in one of them we rolled in there 10 minutes before they were to close and grabbed a tarp and zip ties as we were covering it up they were locking the doors! Prices were very reasonable and the staff was friendly and quick to show us exactly what we needed and where it was. Thanks for the quick help

I'm here almost everyday or a few times a week.. Due to my job. Running errands and grabbing parts for techs. For every time I have been in Ace. The employees are always welcoming. Very nice and always ask if we or I, are in need of help finding stuff. It's not just one employee, all of the employees have been considerate of our needs. I appreciate all the help I've gotten over the times I've been to Ace. Sometimes, I feel like I work there, I almost know where things are lol. This is the place to go when finding parts of anything? lol. If something isn't found or have it in stocks, they'll always make an order and get what you need in a matter of time. This is an excellent Ace Hardware and Lumber Yard. The employees are literally standing at the front of the store waiting to assist you if you want the help. They bend over backwards to provide great customer service. They are also very knowledgeable about their merchandise. Have enjoyed every visit. Owner is absolutely an excellent businessman.

Their personal service is awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable and polite. The Ace in Augusta always has what I am looking for. When I come in and don't know what something is they have great folks that can figure it out. Additionally when trying to repair or piece something special together they are a great help in getting something made.Lots of lumber, tools, and anything you need. Honestly, don't drive to Wichita to a big box stores, stop at Ace they have what you need and are closer and local and personable.

Manager is one of best in business. Help is just inside the door. Very good selection of merchandise. Carry black diamond watermelon seed, and various fertilizers including zinc sulfate for pecan trees.
