Best long distance transaction ever! Melanie was awesome! I am a horrible procrastinator and waited until the last minute to find someone to deliver to a funeral for the next day, I called another florist first- Won't name them here, but they were the first Google hit, and they said "No can't do it" I asked for another name- they gave me Expressions. Called, no answer, but I got a quick response on messenger. After a long and super pleasant conversation, she created a beautiful arrangement for my sweet dear neighbor that passed away here in Texas. Turns out she knew my neighbor and her husband from the time they lived in Ashland. Melanie has been in business 40 years and has know them her whole life. The arrangement was beautiful. She is going to post a picture here. But-- I can't say enough great things about this experience. My advice- Skip the number one Google hits, and go with the one that puts caring in the mix. By the way, I don't write Google reviews-- ever. Thank you Melanie.

Very Unprofessional behavior by this owner. This florist was told NOT to put carnations on my mothers flower arrangements for her funeral yet there were carnations put in every arrangement my family ordered!!! When people of the family took the carnations out of the arrangements, this owner yelled at them and was very, very rude. How rude of her to do something so unprofessional and was told before hand to NOT put carnations in any arrangements!! This was a very difficult time for my family including the grandchildren of my mother and all this florist could think about was doing things HER way, then yelled at the granddaughers of the deceased telling them they ruined her flower arrangements when it was their grandmothers funeral!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
