I am always leery of Vets, have had a few bad experiences and usually only take my pups to the vet if absolutely necessary. Ashland vet was recommended by a friend. My dog had a few seizures and was losing feeling on her right side, i fully expected to have to max out my credit card on tests ect, but the vet was kind, knowledgeable, gentle with my pup, and even talked to me at length before even bringing her in. This is a kind, compassionate veterinarian who knows how to deal with both people and their pets, and im grateful for meeting her. The price was pleasantly affordable. Ashland is a very small town in farming country, and id recommend them to anyone within 150 miles radious the drive will be worth your time, thank you!

This clinic has it ALL. Small animal? Yep. Large animal? Indeed. Boarding? Sí. After-hours emergency contact? Absoflogginglutely! I found them after an awful night of watching my Boxer suffer through seizure after seizure....and not getting a call back from my former vet. A friend told me to call Ashland Veterinary Center. It was zero dark-thirty.....and I got an answer in three rings! As long as I live within an hour's drive, I won't take my animals anywhere else.

My dog had fight injuries and had an emergency and the guy up front acted like he didn’t give a damn and no one else did, my dog was bleeding and pissed everywhere and they all took their sweet time to getting to my dog and getting him in

We called and got in with our Vet within minutes for an Emergency. The receptionist is very friendly and understanding. Withthe holidays I had no extra cash but they still looked at my puppy and took my debit card info until payday. Sadly, our baby would not have survived and we opted for euthanasia and they were very caring and so friendly, it make our decision a little easier to bare. Only vet we bring our babies to and only vet we will continue to use.

They are always friendly and treat my animals so well! They also have an emergency number and will answer it. They are also better priced than other vets around. They are easy to get into and will work with your schedule.

Great vets, never a wait time. They take time to talk and thoroughly explain everything. Would definitely recommend using them. The doctors are fantastic, vet techs are terrific and service is wonderful. Prices are good too.

I appreciate how well they care for all creatures great and small. The number of vets seems to always be increasing! They keep growing their business, reaching far and wide. They also do also lot with Kansas State University to help develop future vets too. Most importantly, I appreciate how they go out of their way for our small Border Terrier!

This veterinary clinic is very professional and the people that work here are all so friendly. They have several vets so there is always someone there to help out. They send friendly postcard reminders when it's time for me to bring my pets back in for their shots.

The doctors and staff here saved my dog’s life! He was bitten by a rattlesnake, in the eye, almost one month ago and was taken in after hours for emergency care. He was hospitalized for three days. Not only did they save his life but they also played a huge part in keeping his eye viable. I’ve moved recently, to Phoenix, and the specialists here have determined that his eye’s lens was ruptured by the snake’s bite. He still has sight, thanks to the medicine prescribed by the doctors in Ashland. He has a long road of recovery ahead of him but every day he lives & sees is in thanks to the kind, amazing people who work here and if you live in Southwest Kansas you shouldn’t take your animals anywhere else!

Very good place to take your animals. I've been to several others, even worked at one and this one has the best prices that ive seen. They take very good care of the animals. They treat them like its their own pet. And, they go above and beyond.

They saved my baby cat, Remus, from a urinary obstruction that could have killed him. Best vets ever! Quick to see the problem and quick to admit Remus for a full work-up, including bloodwork and catheter. (After a day or two, Remy worked the catheter out, and they decided he must be feeling well enough to go home. 😊)They placed him on a soft cat food diet, and ever since, he's had no problems in that area.Awesome vets, srsly. 🐕🐩🐈🐱🐎🐖🐂🐃🐄🐏🐑🐐🐔🐓🦃🦆🦎🐍🐢🐟🐠
