We went to the Container Store to get baskets and bins for our RV. The staff was very helpful with ideas and we were able to take things out to the RV to see that they fit correctly. I saw many things I want for home, but that gives me a reason to return!

What an awesome store! We absolutely love this place! They have so much of everything from the bathroom items, to custom closets, to kitchen ware. There is so many items to keep you organized.

Such a cool place lots of selection for organizing your life, home, and office! Loved that they also sold Blueland Soap/cleaning supplies. Blueland is a favorite brand of mine and I was so happy to see it in stock at the container store. All the staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

The container and organization options are pretty good. The staff are pretty good also, but are pretty aggressive with their little rewards program at check out. My biggest complaint is that both times that we have been there, it has been hot and stuffy in the store. I don't expect the temperature that we keep at home, but I don't want to sweat my way through the store either. As it stands now, not sure if we will be back.

I’m obsessed with my custom closets! They are amazing. My experience with the installation consultant was AMAZING. He was meticulous, treated my house as I imagine he would with his own, and talked to me throughout the installation process to ensure that I was getting everything I wanted. I highly recommend that if custom closets are anything you’ve been thinking about, take the leap and reclaim spaces in your home you thought were lost.Services: Delivery, Installation

It was not a bad experience. The store is very well organized, ironically! The staff is very friendly, and very hard working. Only reason four stars is due to $$. Some things are very overpriced. But overall I definitely would reccomend because a lot of items and options that would never knew wanted until you see it displayed.

Hate to say I love shopping here; did it often. But the last experience I had here was truly disheartening. I walked up to the register and there was TWO people there just talking about a product and I was waiting for them to finish to ask where a product bc I didnt want to interrupt (most would just say hi anyway and ask if I was ready or needed help) no one said a word to me nor did they looked up. I literally stood there for more than 2 minutes right in front of them and neither of them said a word to me. Didn't ask if I needed help or nothing. A lady walked behind then and they swiftly turned around before she even says anything and BOTH workers acknowledged and promptly help her. I was so upset and confused. I can't believe that just happened to me.I realized what had happened to me and just walked around the store still trying to find whatever the hell I was trying to find at the time while still boiling inside. I don't usually write lengthy reviews like this and try to keep it short and leave no comment at all but this experience really hurt me.

Great store with lots of helpful containers for all uses. The staff were also friendly and helpful. My only "gripe" is that there doesn't seem to be much variety when you really start to look for things. Just different colors/materials for the same containers, nothing that seemed super innovative. Still, a great store with great products.

Very nice store. I actually have gone to Target and looked at similar items and they were pretty much the same price. I will admit, SOME items at TCS were overpriced. But for the most part, it's reasonably priced.This chain does a lot of good things. The opening weekend they donated 10% of all proceeds to a children's charity. Some products are made from recycled wood and plastic.The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the isles are tight. I think they needed a larger building..

The employees were very helpful and cheerful. It felt almost party like in a cheerful sort of way because the cheer every time someone signs up for emails. Items were well organized as you would expect and the store itself is very clean. I found exactly what I was looking for.

Great variety, however it lacks what I really needed. A big, all in one selection of containers. They are scattered throughout the large store, making it hard to find the appropriate container.I did find something though 😊 It was $100 and worth it. It is not the same particle board furniture that people over pay for at Target. The assembly was pretty straight forward, too. Overall, fair pricing, quality products, great selection, difficult layout.

I never thought I'd have a use to go in here but once I did, I'm now addicted to the place. They have a little bit of everything at competitive prices. Excellent store layout. Really clean!

Been in there one time, reasonable pricing. The only thing I would say the employees follow you around and are needy. Not sure if it was because they first opened or if they are just extremely board, or they think we was going to steal something but it was a bad first impression. I gave it a 4 star cause of the reasonably priced items. I looked online and was impressed.

Not 1 of the several employees I passed even acknowledged me which is fine, but when they are welcoming and happy to help the families they see immediately after me. Pretty rude. And always double check their prices online even with their own store. Always marked up in store "by mistake"

It was really neat! I didn't even know the store existed. There's containers, trash cans, furniture, knick knacks, folders, desk organizers, shelves, etc. All your storage/organizational needs. Very clean. Upscale and friendly vibe. Pleasant and helpful employees.

It's almost overwhelming the amount of choices for storage options. But the store is organized extremely well by laundry, kitchen, closet, etc. so you can find what you are looking for easily. Getting in and out was a breeze.

I shouldn't rate this place because I walked in with zero initiative to containerize the containers in my house. The store was filled with people (including my wife) that want everything in their home out of sight in a series of Russian nesting dolls. I fear I am out of style when it comes to squirrelling away all of my things into non-descript, tidy little boxes or using kits to rearrange all spaces within the home, but if that's your thing...hurry fast to this store, it's a 6 star joint

The store was good and organized. The staff was awful. I felt that they were always walking around in my view but never asked if I needed anything and was not kind while checking out. No customer service skills. Maybe because it's Christmas shopping or something but I won't be returning. Rather shop online. Super disappointed.

I am in love with this place! I wish I would have had more time to enjoy looking around. My children didn't want to take as much time there as I did of course. I will be returning to look this place over again soon with a friend.

This store is a great addition to the Des Moines area. They have a container for just about anything, and for some things you wouldn't even think of until you go there. If you've never been here before, you should check it out. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because it wasn't quite as large as I thought it was going to be and some of their merchandise is overpriced.

It is a fun store with all kinds of storage options at decent prices. The staff are helpful and friendly and they kept the store well staffed which was helpful as I needed help finding something. You will love this store if you love to organize.
