This place is wonderful! They are so friendly and eager to help you with the menu. It’s located right next to the river. You must visit here if you’re looking for dessert. I also noticed a gluten free option. And everything we ordered was delicious! Blue raspberry whip is a must try as well as their seasonal pumpkin pie and apple pie snowstorm. Let me repeat, they are so friendly and pleasant. Good service is hard to find and this is why I want to give this place their praise. Thank you!

Love getting ice cream at both the Waterloo and Waverly locations. The servers were very nice and gave some good tips on what to order. I ordered the snowstorm with cookie dough and it was very good. The kids always have cones and they enjoy them every time. Good place to stop with the family if your after a cold treat.

They were out of my favorite flavor for a while, but other than that, no complaints, ever. Always tasty and reasonably priced, with great service.

Stopped in to check out the new 4 Queens Ice cream shop. The place is beautiful inside. Dining inside and outside plus a drive thru. This is also a historic site that used to be a train depot. Great service, fast and absolutely amazing icecream. The monster cookie snowstorm is awesome!!!!! The caramel apple sundae was way good. Endless options for flavors! Enjoy!!!

Avoid dip cones. Your kids will need a bath afterwards. They melt through the shell before they even reach the customer. 2 minutes later on a cool night, see pic below. A bench by the river would be awesome. Love the different flavor options for cones.

Preferred over Dairy Queen. I'm not shaming the DQ in any way. They are both good. I personal feel that 4 Queens has more variety. Service is great.

Last night my family and I went there and got our usual shakes and our son got a smoothie, well needless to say our shakes were made with sour milk and our sons strawberries were old and disgusting. It’s unfortunate we really liked 4 queens, I don’t If we’ll be back after this trip.

Great place to get ice cream. Located in one of the best places, right on the west side of the Cedar River! The staff is friendly and the large size malts are absolutely massive. Try a large. So good.

Service is slow, Employee friendly and polite . A little over priced. But what ice cream joint ain't. Ordered a malt and got a shake. Better than CedarFalls, not blocking the road. It's a 4 star for me

Great ice cream. Large amount of ice cream for the money too. My favorite is a snow storm with Black Raspberry ice cream with spanish peanuts and maraschino cherry's. Also love getting my ice cream and just watching the river.

Meh. The malt was way too thick. The door chime was so loud and piercing that it gave my wife a migraine and the ice creamis no better than DQ. It doesn't taste like real ice cream.

People seem to really like this place. That being said, my family visited this place during the first week they were open. All of us got incredibly ill within an hour of trying their ice cream, so we wont be visiting their establishment again.

I got the Chocolate Chunk Coffee Crunch and it was pretty good. The menu is easy to read and there is lots of variety and flavors. It was worth five dollars.

Rude employees tonight. Asked for lids and didn't get them. Was going to ask again at the window and got the door slammed in my face. Ice cream is good but if you hate your job..quit.

I was sitting in there alone waiting for a friend to arrive so that we could get free ice cream with the piece of paper we got from school. But they never showed up. They waited for me. I finally asked for a free ice cream cone and they gladly got me one.
