We went there because they said they had some medication for animals but when we got there we found out that the freezer refrigerator has been down for 2 months and when we asked about why they showed it on the Facebook page or whatever that they had it they didn't have no answer for it so it's a nice place they have a lot of things the staff was excellent but they need to keep their refrigerators and maybe update a little

The workers are just such friendly people. Pure heart. Had wonderful conversations. These people seemed genuinely happy to be working. It was a great first experience. I've never been to this store before. Very clean and organized.

I used to buy dry dog food here until my dog refused to eat it anymore. I was pleased to see that TSC sells Merrick brand wet dog food & stocked up. The clerks were helpful & very friendly. The clerk helped to get me points through the Neighborhood as I hadn't used it in years. I will be going back soon.

Not particularly well organized. Had to search through hardware bins because the parts were not in the right slots. Another aisle was pretty messy with a lot of stuff off hooks and just laying in the bottom shelf. They did have the parts I needed and cost was competitive

First the help is the best. My problem is that TSC will not let me buy a Bad Boy mower on line. I have tryed 2 times now only to have my order cancelled. It's really bad when you have no debt or house payment. Have a 800+ credit rating and have it ok with the credit card the won't let a good costumer buy one. But I like the help there. That's not a issue.

Neat store that carries far more than tractor supplies. This place has a little bit of everything to clothing yard decor house decorating far to much to list. Highly recommend stopping in you will be amazed

My last visit to this junction of confusion left me wondering how tractor supply maintane the ability to open there doors. I'm convinced most of the employees can barley open a cash register. I asked about a price on a C clamp for it was in a clearance section priced 17.99 employee scans it with a handheld and tells me 5.99 and tells me of a back shelf with more Clearance items. There was no back shelf with any listed clearance items. I found a handfull of good deals throughout the store, I check out and the c clamp runs up to 17.99 I'm scratching my head wondering how the hand held and cash register are not snychronized on the same system. Its 2022 we have cars driving themselves cashier honors the price I was told no big deal the customer service was average at best. A deep deep cleaning and some attention paid to product as far as dusting and making sure things are labled properly would take this store a long ways. A couple smiles would not hurt either. Overal I'm not am unhappy customer. I'm also certainly not an impressed customer.

They have some things you can't find elsewhere. It's dark in there and the shelves are not fully stocked. The employees are pleasant.

I've been to several tractor supply and this is the worst one. Customer service is horrible. employees are rude and talking about customers after they leave and act like they don't want to be there. I over heard the manger and assistant manager talking about how to make their numbers go up for the neighbors club making up names and emails. I also heard an employee call another employee a racial slur

Not crowded and have a good variety of hardware and automotive related items that I regularly need. Not sure how they're prices compare to other places, but I don't really care because I don't have to deal with massive parking lots, massive stores, and massive crowds. In, get what I want, and back out! Plus, it's close to home!

I originally bought a log splitter from the Cedar Rapids location and things were not put together right and returned it to Waterloo store. The girls at the Waterloo location were good to work with and got me a new splitter that is working great!

They had zero turn mower on sale from $3,499 to $2,999, and after I applied for their credit card they told me that it was priced wrong and that they would give me $100 off instead. So I was really disappointed to find out after applying for their card that they wouldn't sell advertised price. So I called main number on their website, lady agreed that they should match the price, and after talking with store manager still came back with same answer, $100 off and that's the best they can do to match advertising price... So definitely not happy customer, even though I have purchased a lot for my home and business needs... most likely not going back.

I don't know what to say really...My aunt bought a really nice riding lawn mower there last year but has been having problems with the battery going dead!! Hopefully today the gentleman can figure out if it's the battery or...cause this is the 2nd battery in 2 months! And we only used the mower 1 time this year!!!! What a hassle it's been😧😧And only has been used 3 times total!! It's still brand new!!

Love this store! My dog loves it too, pets are welcome to come in! When we go in Mia knows to go sit by the check out to get a treat! We get ALL our pets' food there and we buy their brand, "Paws & Claws" great price and quality! We try to keep feeding our animals the same food to prevent digestive issues, but sometimes we run out after they close, so I borrow a cup from the neighbors, but they don't want to eat it, and it's the more expensive brands, that are supposed to be so much better, Lol! So we ONLY buy "Paws & Claws" food & litter!If I had to have something I would change, it would be the hours. For a farm store, one would think that they would open earlier to accommodate the early risers.Employees are always kind and helpful!

My first time in the store (anywhere) bought anti-gel cheaper than at the truck stops. And black fleece jacket that was on sale. Found out later that the cashier didn't remove the security ink magnet thing. :-(

I'm a four foot ten 60 + year old woman who went in and just bought 200 pounds of feed animal feed and the boy did not even want to come from around the counter to help me pick anything up didn't move wouldn't even offer 2 help me load it into my car or nothing it is the worst place in the world to get help spoiled children don't even bother if you're having trouble picking anything up or if you're a woman cuz they're lazy boys won't do nothing for you

Needed and idler pulley for my lawn mower late on Saturday. Did not have the MTD part but was able to cross to a stock pulley. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
