Store was clean and they had a good selection. There was a new girl training and she was super nice.However, I’m not sure who the guy was who was working this morning 1/26, but the way he made myself and my wife feel uncomfortable. He kept staring at her and hovering over us for a bit, and from the moment we walked in. I appreciate help, but tone it back a bit because that was too much.

Great experience at the Shoe Carnival in Waterloo, Iowa.. the discounts at the shelves were okay but the sweet deal was through the nice lady that checked me out - helping me with all the discounts I could get (because I asked) … saving me up to $30 dollars in total.. including spinning the shoe carnival wheel. I guess that had some luck to the extra $5 backs discount.. wonderful 😻😻 purchase., see you guys next time

There seems to be a good selection of footwear. And, if they don't have your size they will order it for you (you can pay cash or card right then & there) & in a matter of days it will arrive at your home or if you prefer you can have your shoes shipped to the store.

Went to buy crocs for my daughter, and they had better deals than any other store, plus you can get rewards. Try this store before spending unnecessary money on the same product somewhere else.

Super cute shoes. I love spinning the wheel and getting money off! My last visit, I got two bucks off! I also got a pair of boots for just $15!

My go to place for shoes. Employees are very nice and helpful. The selection is large and there's a fair amount of shoes on sale. The rewards return is nice too with monthly coupons and money off if you buy two etc.

I was so frustrated with back to school shopping for my kids, went to the Waterloo Shoe Carnival to get them shoes my kids were not listening to me, I’m sure you could see it all over my face one of the workers came over (Mandy) she started talking to my kids took them off my hands within minutes they all had shoes in their hands they absolutely love!! She’s amazing thank you so much doll

They Measured my sons foot who was in a size 5 a month before said he was now in a size 10....he's 18 months old. I bought him a 6

Every time I come to this store the 1 manager who is racist I heard her racist comment just because I had a bigger purse this is very upsetting to me another employee even apologized because she knew I overheard Teri who is a manager make her rude racial comments I will walk in and walk out if that lady is working the other staff is wonderful

The guy we had at the cash register was great! You could tell he enjoys talking with people because he was so friendly and checked our shoes thoroughly! Everyone else working never said a word, they stood around talking to each other and complaining. Selection is always great!

Good prices. Wide selection in general. You can order if not in stock. They do carry wide width shoes, but syles I like are not always available in wide width though. That is the manufacturer though. Staff friendly and helpful.

What happened to Shoe Carnival? Where did these employees come from because they didn’t know anything. I asked for a manager they both said they were managers they didn’t know what they were doing because they couldn’t help me either I’ve always had a great experience but yesterday was a joke

When I set up an account in store to order shoes, the clerk entered my information incorrectly, then blamed me for not catching their mistake! I showed them the info (name/email) on my phone to avoid such typos. They also blamed me for not picking them up in a timely manner when again their incorrect data entry was the reason I was never notified they were in! Never did anyone apologize for incorrectly entering my info which was the cause of the problem.

Went during their back to school shoe event of buy one get one 50% off. Got myself a new set of Adidas and a pair of Vanns so my fiancee would stop bragging about how comfortable they were. All in all wound up paying about forty-five dollars for the two pairs of shoes and must say, that she was in fact right in how nice the Vanns are to wear for a whole day!

great fast friendly went in for new boots and was recommended a set based on how I will use them and now after 5 months their working great. normally by this I would be looking for new shoes again

Purchased socks and some shoes. They had a deal going on for the socks buy 2 get 1 free.. they charged me for all of them. Supposedly gave me a 2 dollar discount from spin the wheel but the shoes I bought were 10 dollars and they charged me 12 for them.. some discount! Watch what you buy and always look at your receipt. I can only imagine how many other people got screwed over this past weekend on their purchases.. I stopped shopping there because they are pricey and the one time I decide to go check them out they screw me over big time.. never going back again!

Good shoes, cheep prices. Sometimes seems a little scammy, prize wheel is not really worth anything, but can be fun for the kids. Basketball game is sort of fun. Some shoes are in wrong boxes, and some things are not marked with correct prices, but most of the time it's a nice place to go. If you need food shoes cheep go here.

Messy. Rude associates. No attention delivered to customers. One star, only because they do actually have a large selection. Noticed an associate used the restroom without flushing and without washing hands. Did not purchase anything. Will not be returning.

Ordered online. Shipped via FedEx. It's been over a week and my shoes are somewhere between FedEx and USPS. Go to Zappos or Amazon and get your shoes before they go out of style!
