My dog’s first experience from Shaggy chic, is that I got a up-charge for $30 because, two groomers had to hold my dog down and they claimed my dog bit them. They cut her nails way too short/ jagged and she wouldn’t let us touch her paws. Usually, she is good with us touching them. However, she has never had problems with previous grooms at petsmart. They said she is very nice to groom and never bit anyone. The groomer was also rude. My dog was shaking and not walking right after the groom . We will not continue our service there, no dog deserves that experience.

There must have been a groomer change. I have used this grooming place for a couple years and a couple different dogs. The last 4-5 months …my doodle was cut so short for a sanitary cut it was so uncomfortable for him he couldn’t sit! He had nicks and I ended up having to go to the Vet for antibiotics. The last time I took him all he needed is a brush and bath. No cutting! He came out looked fluffy and when I got home and was scratching his belly it was not brushed he had small matts he was never fully brushed. I ordered a grooming table and a week later it took me 5 hours of brushing he was so matted!!!

They did a wonderful job with my Shiba Inu. He needs a lot of patience when handling. Very happy with his bath, blow out and nail trim.

My boy was clean & happy to see me when I picked him up. They did a good job with his haircut. I didn't care for the perfume they used, but that's not a big deal. I feel like the interior could be more deep/professionally cleaned but it will not keep me.from going back, especially at the price point.

I have an elderly mini Schnauzer who is mostly blind & deaf and is terrified of grooming due to a past bad experience- these girls did a wonderful job trimming Tess up without traumatizing her! Did great with my terrier mix as well. Definately going back- it's worth the drive from Indee.

I have 3 dogs. A 14 1/2 year old Husky, a 10 year old Lab and a 6 month old German Shepard. I absolutly love the service that they provide. My Husky came out looking the best that I have seen her in years!

I brought my Yorkie in for a haircut an asked for a teddy bear cut and that I would like his fur left longer. Not only did they cut off most of his fur, and gave him a cut that was nothing like a teddy bear, but they didn't even wash his face or the red stains near his eyes, at all. The cut is uneven, jagged and I had to cut hair fur in several spots because it was uneven. I gave them two stars because they were polite but I will never bring my dog here again. I also got the "Works" package.

Kris and her team are great! They are always able to get my pup in within a couple of days. Her haircut is always great too. All of the staff members are very welcoming and friendly when you arrive and the inside of the facility always looks nice and tidy.

I recently took my shepherd/collie mix here for the first time. They did an amazing job with the trim - exactly what I wanted. The staff was kind and friendly. We'll definitely be coming back!

Facebook pics are not the salon location. Dirty, unclean location. Cut a dog nails right in reception area, Shaved my poor shitzu when wasn’t suppose to cut short and didn’t care with cold weather coming up. Do not go here!

Today was the second time we took our two Shih Tzus to Shabby Chic for grooming. Both times they went in looking awful and came out looking fantastic and just the way I want them done! They have new steady customers---our two Shih Tzus. Both times SC got them in within a couple of days. And I love that they're not stuck in a cage from early morning until late afternoon. They go for their appointment and then they call us to get them.Five years later: We have only one Shih Tzu now and we’re still taking her there.

Karen was so rude to me. She kept my dog for 3 hours in the kennel and did nothing to him , when I called asking if he was ready she was yelling at me and hang up on me ,she told me that was gonna be another 3 hours. She was refusing to give me my dog back if I dont pay her $20 dollars. I asked her to talk to the owner and she refused to give me her phone number. She told me that had called her and the owner will call me. The owner never called me . Then I asked her again to give me the number and she told me that owner was in a meeting.

Cares, and grooms my dog the way I want. Others places.. won't mention any names, shaved him too tight. But my girl always gets him done right.Thank you for your care

Fantastic! Super accommodating, everyone I've interacted with here is friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all they're always gentle/patient with the pets and I'm always happy with the end result!

I took my cocker spaniel there and specifically instructed them not to cut her beautifully long eyelashes. Well when I went to pick her up her eyelashes were jagged and I wanted to cry because of how horrible they made her look, and I don't know if they will grow back.

They cut my dog twice whale grooming him. Did not tell me. They Tried covering it up with a scarf. My dog is so traumatize he has to be sedated.to be groomed again!!!
