Hire some staff; at the very least, allocate the staff you have wisely. Thursday, December 21 we went shopping around 1:30 in the afternoon.Surprisingly, we checked out without much of a wait - plenty of cashiers. And only one person checking receipts at the door. People were lined up all the way to the end of the registers and then wrapped back into the aisles.Ridiculous. It's not like they couldn't notice it - they just didn't care. By that time, they have the shoppers' money - not much to be done except wait in line

I've only ever met helpful and nice employees at this location, and I appreciate the ability to scan and go for convenience. Recently stopped in on Black Friday for some essentials and ended up buying a bigger item that was on sale for a good price. Norman was able to help me get the item to my car and help me load it up, which was so nice! Thanks a bunch for going above and beyond, Norman!

Supposed to be big celebration day here today. Many sample stations unmanned, no giveaways, better like only cake. One lady was going so slow cutting a pizza that people were walking away shaking their heads. One young man was eating at his sample station with his bare hands and then began dishing up chicken salad and cashews on plates for guests. Don't eat that!! Very sad....not prepared for today!!!!

Why is it that there are ALWAYS a half dozen employees (floor leaders) standing around talking, one cashier actually working, and numerous guests in the self checkout lanes waiting for assistance (ID checks, things not ringing up, technical issues, etc) yet getting no help. The last 10 times I’ve been in I’ve had to wave my arms and shout to get someone’s attention. Great selections and prices, but horrible customer service.

We bought a cake for my moms 72nd birthday. It’s the first cake I’ve bought from Sam’s club. And I can tell you I was not disappointed! It was so moist and tasty. The decorations were very cute! The customer service was great. The VALUE was AMAZING. I can say I’ve never bout a cake for this price before and been so impressed. Cakes are usually so overpriced and then they are less than desirable. But WOWWW Sams Cub! We are definitely cake customers for life. I’ll never purchase any cake from anywhere else!Thanks! Customer Service associates, there were two them, were beyond helpful. She helped me install the app on my phone and how to use my cellphone to scan items in and pay through the app so I could skip the register line. Awesome experience for a couple of older people who had no idea how to use the service since they no longer offer a physical card!

The scan and go app does not work. The store has all kinds of things to buy from tv’s to apple pies. If you need it they probably have it and if you don’t need it they probably have it too. There is a membership fee but it’s well worth it. Go check it out.

Decent place to shop and we get a lot of our weekly food items here. One of the few frustrations is it seems like when you find a food or snack you like the next time you go in it’s gone and never comes back!

It was overall a poor experience. Sam's club had a promotion for new members. I had to ask and convince the employee to grant me the promotion. I got gas and they couldn't give me a receipt for $150 in gas. Had to talk to the manager and handwrote a receipt, after waiting 20-30 minutes.I will find other, more well run businesses to shop at.

I am updating my review. Things are mostly in stock, and the staff is pretty friendly. The store looks cleaner. It is still harder to find some things, but is better organized. It is a good place to shop for larger amounts of items.

Mondays can be skimpy on store shelves, but Sams Club was well stocked and clean. Staff were smiling and polite. I will definitely use this store more often.

I feel bad for the staff, they're cordial but not friendly. It seems like they're underappreciated... If you go their, remember to thank them. Customers their are more oblivious to others around them than what I see at Walmart. And then it's never their fault if they bump into somebody. Good prices and mostly clean.

Good quality and value on fruit and produce. Store has had a lot of recent updates. Walk in cooler is now open. Buy in bulk and save, as long as you can use it or keep it fresh. New options for scan and go purchasing, self check out if that interest you. A lot of neat stuff for the home and garden.

Enjoyed store while I lived in waterloo but I moved and they started auto renewing my membership on my credit card without authorization. Pretty sketchy...Would give 3 stars otherwise. Prices were not far off of walmart but didn't have to fight walmart crowds and that's worth $50 a year to me.

I came in today like I do a couple of times a week. Today the girl with the glasses in the cafe proved why she is my favorite cafe worker. I saw her talking to the bell ringer before she took my order. I ordered my usual and of course she remembered it. I talked to the bell ringer too and asked if he knew her. He didn't know her. He said she offered to buy him lunch but he had already eaten. That was so nice of her to offer to feed someone she didn't know.

Though the store has changed and I'm still getting used to it, I love all the new items, wider isles, organization, popular and new items, great prices, friendly and helpful associates, etc. I've never bought fresh meat there before and was blown away by the selections, quality and price. I bought both chicken thighs for the grill and chuck roast for the oven. When I first started shopping at Sam's Club we were a family of 5. Now my children are grown Sam's Club shoppers, with families of the own, my husband has died and I'm alone. Although many items are family size or bulk, there are still a lot of things my size or can be frozen or stored. I love Sam's Club and as long as I can get around on my own, I'll be a Sam's Club shopper.
