Awesome selection off all kinds of flowers and plants. This is almost a botanical garden there's so much being offered!The flowers are all reasonably priced and well maintained. They have a bigger and brighter selection thanks any of the big box stores.The greenhouses have somewhat narrow and broken walkways, but I think it adds to the charm, but do be careful when browsing.All-round great place to explore and shop!

Placed a delivery order at 2PM on Valentine's Day (yes I recognize that move was fraught with peril) and they had flowers delivered by 4:30 PM the SAME DAY. Super easy to order over the phone plus they got me out of a jam, and the flowers look good. Great experience.

As a photographer, this is one of my favorite places to take pictures of toddlers at Christmas time. The staff is so friendly and they fill the greenhouses full of rich color and beauty! Their plants are gorgeous! Plus, I've loved everything I've purchased from them. Highly recommend!

I have received bought/received 4 beautiful bouquets of flowers from these wonderful people, every single one that I've purchased directly from them has been more special than the last. The first time I called to order I paid over the phone, sent Ellen a picture of something I liked and Gina did a fantastic job of designing something fabulous. Once it was done being designed Ellen sent me a picture and let me know they were ready to be picked up. It's the small little touches that make this place special and it made me feel great as a buyer of flowers to know I was valued enough to have a picture sent to me and let me know they were ready for pick up. All of the flowers that I've given away or received have lasted roughly 2 weeks. The flowers are incredibly fresh and the staff is spectacular! If you don't know what you want they have a beautiful display case always full of beautiful arrangements. These guys get 5 stars from me all the way!

Exceptional service and beautiful flowers for the rehearsal dinner we hosted. All I had to do was describe an idea of what I wanted and I received the most perfect arrangements. What I could only imagine in my mind, she put into perfect detail. Highly recommend for any occasion!!

Ordered a dozen of roses for my daughter to send to her at work. She and her co-workers were blown away by how beautiful and stunning they were!! Asked for something bright and unique like orange or something and got exactly what I asked for!!! My daughter absolutely LOVED the roses!!! It truly lifted her day! Customer service professionals were wonderful, so easy to work with and quick to process my same day order request!

I visited today with two planters of sick plants that are 8 to 9 years old. I did not want to lose them. Jeremy waited on me. I am not sure if he is a master Gardner but he should be. Jeremy helped me understand their water needs. He then repotted both giving me exact demonstration while I watched him. My poor plants. However did they survive all these years and produce offspring on top of that. I feel confident my plants will recover. I bought a bag of potting soil for plants I need to replant at home. I thought the cost of the potting soil was very reasonable. Especially compared to big box stores. My future plan is to take a few more plants to Jeremy to help me with. I am confident in his abilities and I feel his fee for providing his expertise and replanting skills are well worth the money. I am definitely going to be visiting more because this is a true greenhouse again not like the big box stores. I want to learn about the plant(s) before I buy so I will have success in growing them. Thank you Jeremy for your patience and assistance!

This place smells like heaven in the middle of the winter. The plants are so much healthier than plants from the big chain stores. And the poinsettias around the holidays last for ever! Nicest people, gorgeous healthy plants, perfect putting soil, beautiful plants. And hands down the greatest flower arrangements for every occasion, unique and so healthy.

My daughter chose Petersen & Tietz to do the flowers for her wedding. She made a great choice. Gina was outstanding. She understood the overall vision my daughter had for the wedding. This is my favorite place to get plants. Whether it is gardening season for your yard, house plants, or you need a floral arrangement. They even offer classes on floral arrangement. Very friendly people working there and they're knowledgeable about their products. Visiting the greenhouse, you feel like you've been transported to another place and time, I have always likened it to a Victorian white wrought iron greenhouse. Always a fun time, whether you are buying, browsing, or just want to stop and smell the flowers. Sometimes you can even see some of the little lizards running around. There is a very friendly cat that enjoys being pet as well.

I asked for a unique arrangement when our grandson was born. It was beautiful and delivered the same morning I ordered it. The parents were delighted with it. The service at Petersen's is outstanding. They are good listeners and consultants making every transaction special.

Throughout the 25 years I've lived in the Cedar Valley I've occasionally used P&T but never have I been inside the retail store. Not surprising, I was just as pleased as when I've ordered or received arrangements in the past. The store isn't overwhelmed with inventory, is reasonably priced considering the cost of everything increasing these days and the staff was kind and helpful.

In a panic, I called the florist this morning. The funeral was today at 11 am. I was reassured the flowers would be there. As promised, they arrived at 10:30 and in a beautiful arrangement.Please call this local florist before considering other florist that are not LOCAL. I seldom comment on the service but I thought it was important to know what a reliable, honest, hometown florist can offer - Honesty, dependability and the reassurance of knowing.I could not attend the funeral but was told that the flowers were beautiful, fresh and full. I could spend all day, and almost did, browsing their abundant selection of plants & flowers in their huge greenhouses!! They have everything you could possibly imagine with superb quality, and the staff was very nice and helpful! Won't go anywhere else for my gardening needs, hands down THE BEST!!
