The service was good, the restaurant was clean.But the portion size of the pasta was a bit underwhelming.That, and the tomatoes were cold mixed in with the warm pasta.And the mushrooms were raw.If they could address these issues, I’d have no problem coming back.Thanks

Walked into the store at 9:30 pm , 30 mins before they close they waited 3-5min to acknowledge me even tho they saw me standing there. The first thing the worker said was “we are trying to close” I responded by asking if it was okay for me to order she then replied not if you want any meat on your food. So I leftWhat’s the point of having a closing time if your going to close 30mins ahead of time very unpleasant experience

In town for the weekend. . The wife and I shared the tortellini roasted garlic cream, it was good. First time eating here. My daughter had the Japanese pan noodles with steak, that's was yummy as well. Then other 2 kids had Mac and cheese and spaghetti and meat balls. Came to $39.00 with 4 drinks. I'd try it again.

too expensive for the portions that looked like something from the kids menus at other restaurants. Food wasn't bad by any means, but we waited like 20min for our food, just to be disappointed at how small they were. I'm really not exaggerating, i took the plastic fork and picked up all the noodles in my dish in one scoop! About $30 for two "adult" meals.

The counter staff was very helpful since I had never been to Noodles before. I had pad Thai with shrimp and my daughter had buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. Both were very good. The place is clean and comfortable. I thought the prices were a bit high at $25 for two meals. All in all, a positive dining experience.

It was OK, they said they couldn’t make cheesy garlic bread because something wasn’t working, I can’t remember exactly. But they were able to make potstickers—which weren’t good. They were super flat and greasy (see pic). I got the spicy Korean beef dish and my sister got some Zoodles dish that was lemony, I can’t remember what it was called. My niece got a kids spaghetti dish. Also the bathroom door (women’s) was hard to open. I actually thought someone was in there because I tried 2 different times to open it and the handle didn’t turn right away so I assumed it was locked and in use. The 3rd time I tried (after waiting a while and seeing someone else get in there) I tried the handle harder and got in. There was poop on the back of the toilet (like the top part by the seat). I was pretty grossed out and decided I didn’t really need to use the bathroom that bad.

I tried this location for the first time and it was a great experience! I got a customized tortellini pesto and it was the best thing I’ve had so far at noodles and company. Super fast service and a great experience. The manager even checked on us to make sure our meal was good!! Another noodles location that I love!! Good job noodles

Sadie was absolutely amazing! There was a miscommunication with my Uber Eats, and she took care of the situation and was super kind and understanding the entire time! I’ve eaten here many times and every time has been awesome! It’s a clean, inviting, and a comfortable atmosphere here! I HIGHLY recommend getting delicious food from some upstanding employees!

The staff was friendly, and probably frustrated from the lack of air conditioning at the time we came in. So They were loudly gossiping about stuff but they brought it all out to us fast and the price was on the lower side. So thats a plus but It was a bad first experience food wise for me. I’ve had better frozen meals than the buffalo mac n cheese we got here. My partners meal wasn’t any better it had been awhile since he had come to one and remembers it being quite different. It looked disgusting like it was all just hurriedly thrown together. Like a cheap frozen meal you add a few fresh ingredients to. I had to mix for awhile just to get a little color on some of the noodles. It was very runny and lacked any real flavor outside the minimal amount of buffalo sauce and green onions. The Caesar salad was almost entirely croutons and there was no way to mix the thick dressing in without making a mess.I felt bad for the staff, didn’t throw a fit or complain to their face. They looked like it had already been a hard day but I was starving and still couldn’t finish my food and I really tried to.

Ive eaten here only once. It was decent but not at all for the price. One star is because they forgot to put the steak on the Korean steak noodle bowl so I just had noodles. I didn't bother to call and complain I just won't order again. As a former restaurant owner I would recommend the owner of this establishment maybe popping in once in a while to check out their investment.

Meh. It's noodles. Good if you don't want to cook but definitely not worth the money. Also, they have the absolute cheapest paper straws. Within 5-10 minutes I had a tube with pulp on the end. Do not recommend.

We order Noodles & Co through Door Dash and really enjoy everything about the Waterloo Noodles & Co.Loving the vegan and vegetarian options. One suggestion: The ordering app should include a personal "comment" section because my husband loves the potstickers but he wants them grilled (which is no problem when you order in-store, but is impossible on the app).Otherwise, it's a terrific experience.

ZERO stars. Walked into Waterloo, IA Noodles and Company and were told at 6:45pm they were restocking and not taking orders. Hours say till 10pm. Not sure how it will stay in business if turning hungry customers away.

We walked in the door and saw a printed paper on the door saying they're only accepting online orders. We walked in to staff that was pretty frantic...they said that multiple people had not shown up for work. They told us that we needed to order through the app. That's fine, except there was somebody straightening up the dining room that could have easily come over to take our order at the counter. Other staff showed up as we were there, but didn't offer to take our order either. They seemed to just really want us to leave, not a friendly vibe at all. More staff showed up later, but we just had the feeling that they didn't want us there. It was my daughter's 16th birthday and she loves this restaurant, so we decided to stick it out. The food was pretty good. But this place seems to need better management overall.

We used to love coming here, but have not eaten in the actual restaurant for a few years. Whether you are dining in or getting takeout, the meals are put in plastic containers and put in a sack, along with plastic silverware. The prices of their food are higher, yet the portions are smaller and I feel like there is no perk to eating in the restaurant at all. At this point, restaurants should be back to their original standards so customers can enjoy their dine-in experience. Otherwise, I'd recommend that you just get takeout and eat in the comfort of your own home.
