The manager announced to the whole restaurant that I was binary, or ‘a mixing bowl with the stir stick in it’ without ever meeting me and in front of my daughter. I’m definitely a female and I didn’t not appreciate the comments. For the record, I could be a switch, even wear a paper bag and I’d still look better and have more class than her.

Well there was a young man at the counter by himself. Didnt greet me no smile. Not hey can I help you anything. Didn't look like he knew what to do without somebody telling him what to do. The people in the back a lot of them did not have hair nets on which is disgusting when you're working with food a lot of them did not have gloves on. That is not proper when you're handling food. I did not get anything from the staff in the back like hey have you been helped we will be right with you anything.The store on Logan Avenue has had a lot of issues. Don't think I'll be back

Ordered curbside... after 20m of watching employees just stand around I went inside. Took them for ever to even talk to Me while in side. Then a girl came up front and was looking at the tickets "12 sandwiches, who orders 12 sandwhiches...." I was like some one who has 6 people in there house they feed...!!! ...was like" oh this is your order. " .."YES!" Then to find out all my sandwiches and fries where all done just sitting there... the fries where old and cold...could tell been just sitting there.. Told them I wanted fresh fries and the lady rolled her eyes and said 6 mediam fries going to waste. ...40m is how long from time I ordered to when I was handed my food... so never going to this location ever again. Terrible service

Ordered Double quarter powder with cheese. Looks like hit floor multiple times, meat all broken up.Medium fries white and dripping grease. Pop was clear color for coke. $11.01 threw everything in trash. 20 mins before close. They don't want customers both fry box and double quarters box leaking grease. Nasty!! Would never order from that store again.

Went through drive thru for breakfast 4/18/24 7:10am at the logan Ave location in Waterloo Iowa and used the app, which is supposed to say if an item is unavailable or cant be made, why is it then that I get my mc muffin with a scrambled egg, I don't eat that flavorless boxed garbage water with eggs in it, if I wanted that id have asked to swallow the nutt that made the employee and save the world some time

4/1/23 8:00 Trashy and unprofessional staff. The restaurant was filthy. Receipt paper, trash, and food was on the floor. The people behind the counter refused to take our order and altogether ignored us. We resorted to the ap. The tall man behind the counter at the drive thru was talking very loud and using profanity with the other staff members. Not a desirable experience. Hopefully Our food is acceptable. 25 minutes later we got our food. Some of the food was unacceptable so we waited another 10 minutes to get it remade. Meanwhile people coming in and not being served. I picked up a receipt off the ground. It had been in the floor in front of the the register since 2pm.

The lady at the drive thru was super friendly! And that’s where the goodness ended. We ordered 3 breakfast burritos, amongst other items. When we got to the pickup window, we were handed cash back for two burritos bcuz they only had 1 burrito. What?! Out of burritos?! They didn’t even offer to get us something else. I guess my husband didn’t actually want to eat. We are driving, so now we have to make another stop for breakfast. And to top it off- no napkins! Ugh Thx McDonalds! I guess you’re trying to save a buck.Edit to add- driving down the road I took a sip of my Orange HiC drink- HORRIBLE! Tasted like toilet water. Last time we will ever stop at that location!

I would rate lower if I could. I'm a door dasher and when I arrived to this location I had to go through the drive thru because they closed their lobby. Then when I get through to the last window they tell me to wait in reserved. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. My order was supposed to be picked up at 10:33 and it is past 11 when I left. I am on a busy time schedule and cannot afford for such poor service.Editors Note: Food took so long and staff was so horrendous that the order deleted itself because they went to their lunch menu in the time that I have been waiting. And I never got the order. Close this store immediately.

this place is terrible. ignored my question and call for assistance. staff is hanging around but won’t help customers. rude and very ignorant. we ordered 3 sodas, 2 apple pies, and one large fries. the only thing they gave to us was one large fries and 1 apple pie. took 10 minutes to just get 3 large cups for the sodas. took us another 5 minutes to ask the staff to refill the large cup caps. it had taken us so long because the staff ignored us. another thing to note, they were very rude when answering us. this place is trash and should be closed down.

So ordered my food which isn't hard 4 bundles for my family. I asked the lady that took my money if the amount was for 4 bundles she reassured me it was gave me my chance and receipt and realized I only got sandwichs so I ask the lady at the next window if there was some way she could fix it and she refused to pretty much. Until I had to make some type of a scene. I even offered to pay the difference which would have been just a couple of bucks I had no problem. After waiting almost 30 minutes not cool customer service sucks

Apparently, I can't seem to get a classic chicken sandwich that's not overcooked. The pic shows what they expect me to enjoy as my lunch at 2 in the morning at work! I'm getting real tired of the trash level of food service that's coming out of a lot of fast food restaurants in Waterloo, IA. Check my other review for which local burger king to avoid like the plague. This MacDonald's location is fast going down the same road (they are almost consistently bad with the level of food coming out of the kitchen. The next time i decide to torture myself at the drive thru at this location, I'm NOT leaving the drive thru window until I visually verify all of the food that i paid for is something that can actually be eaten. To be clear, my quarter pounder with cheese and MCdouble were made to order as expected. It's like no one except for popeyes can make at least a half decent chicken sandwich in Waterloo, IA. I only wish more people would vote with their money and not go to these locations, but convenience prevents that for most.

Everything else closed around this area and Mcdonald's just don't care about services nomore fries cold food not fresh they don't care about the food that going down our stomach and we get tired just like the workers sometimes fresh food is all that will make somebody happy.... Also fix your shake machine because everyday this month I ask for a shake they shake machines down.... won't go here nomore this is just awful services

Ordered my ice cream at 7:19 and didn’t receive until 7:30….. when I did receive it, mine and my daughters mcflurries were half full, and the small amount that WAS in the cup was half melted bc it had sat waiting for 11 minutes…..

I always go in before appointments with my service dog and today as I was leaving I accidentally dropped my drink. I forgot her name but we formed a bond when I was early on in my pregnancy and she knows my health conditions. I felt so bad about dropping the drink but she said don’t worry about it. I haven’t had issues with my medical condition for a while until today and she was awesome ❤️

I stopped counting how long I sat in my place in line after 23 minutes of not moving, I ordered three meals which showed up on the screen when i ordered. But when i paid my receipt only showed two of the meals. They had no Pibb or honey mustard available. After the wait I couldn't bare to wait any longer for them to make my food so my family ate atleast.what food we did receive was well prepared and hot.While leaving the whole experience was topped off with the sight of their drive through exit garbage can spilled out and disheveled.

Waited in a long line and watched the other lane of cars keep moving that had gotten there after me while no one took my order. Eventually I say “hello”. And the response I got was “sorry, system is down. Bye”. I pulled out of line and the lady at the window gave me the dirtiest look. I thought that seemed weird because no cars were getting out of the drive thru lane. I hung around in parking lot to see if other cars were going through fine and they were. How incredibly rude and unprofessional of your employee.
