Huge sign saying item was $20 less than it had been priced out. Grabbed it and went up to the register only to have it ring up the original price, employee escorted me to a regular register instead of self-checkout where that employee could not change the price and agreed with the other gal that you can't do anything on a self-checkout. Gal on the register called for a manager and after 10 minutes I left. With no purchase. Will not recommend. Probably will not shop there again.Will also note, I saw nine employees around the checkout and paint area. Most all working, but no one available to override the price at the register. 👎

We just purchased a new Samsung smart oven from Lowe's home improvement store in Waterloo, Iowa. The guy that helped us was super helpful and made the process easy. While I was checking out I noticed that they had spruce trees on sale for $5! So I picked up a few of those as well. Would definitely recommend Lowe's and will be using them again.

When I walked into Lowe’s I asked 2 different employees where a item was and when I said sir..to get their attention they both rolled their eyes and one just wanted to pawn me off onto someone else. The first one just didn’t want to take the time and the second one didn’t know where anything was. The third person I asked was pretty inpatient but did find the plate racks I was looking for. I then went to the garden area and got a couple plants and paid for them and the two plate racks and the cashier forgot to hand the racks to me so I walked out without them. When I went back in to let her know that I didn’t get them she couldn’t find them. I asked for a refund cause I didnt want to run into the store to get some more. She said I had to go to cust service to get a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund because I didn’t have the merchandise with me. It took half an hour to locate the racks and they were in a bag at the checkouts where I checked out still hanging on the bag stand.

Went in for a tool box and ones on the floor had alright damage to decals and paint. Asked for some sort of discount and was ready to purchase but was told if there is any damage they'd just send back on warranty. Doesn't make sense to me. So waited 10 minutes for a new one to get taken down from racking. Upon getting home storage tray doesn't fit. Will be emailing Lowe's on that issue.

We were traveling from Missouri and they didn't have what I was looking for, but the employees are a 5+. Our checker was so nice and helpful, everyone said hello. Nice place for sure compared to others we have been.

Where do I start... I bought a fridge for delivery, and the only time frame was for 8am-12pm. In the week before delivery, they changed the time on me 4 different times. And the day of, the time changed again to 230pm-6pm. Now, this was supposed to be a surprise, so I had to change my plans multiple times just to get the person out of the house for the delivery. I finally got a call around 1pm telling me they're 10mins away.... You can kinda see the problem with this. They're early and had to have someone rush over to the house.They got it in and plugged in, forgot the water line so they couldn't hook it up. Now fast forward 1 week to the next Sat. After calling and telling them they forgot the hose and still needed to hook up the waterline, they set up another appointment. They call me 2 hours earlier than the earliest time given. Alright, fine, I'm home anyways. The guy tells me they don't have the hose and that I was supposed to. They forgot to deliver the hose in the first place. Oh, and they can't hook it up since they're not plumbers.I bought the fridge and hose from Lowe's thinking it would be an easy, smooth transaction with them delivering and hooking it up. Turned into a headache, and now a fridge that still doesn't have a waterline installed. Oh, and I had to go to Lowe's just to get my hose.

This place has about everything you need for home improvement items. Everything is quite pricey though.The employees were very helpful with helping us find the items we needed.The shop was very clean as well.

I was out there Nov.22. I have NEVER had so many employees ask if they could help me! So many times I have shopped at Home Improvement stores where it seems like they hide from you. They were all kind, which I appreciate, especially when I know how trying the holidays can be for retail.

Do not even attempt buying paint from this location. I waited half an hour at the paint desk and never got help. I drove 35 minutes to this Lowe’s location to get paint and walked out with no paint. Coincidentally the Sherwin Williams Sales Rep for Lowe’s called my husband a few days ago asking about our previous experiences at Lowe’s. He will be receiving a phone call from us after this.

Had everything I needed! Helpful staff. Lots of new indoor plants coming in. Picked up another Bonsai tree and Peace Lily; 8/20/22 - pickup up 30" x 30" wall cabinets for our laundry room. Lowe's had a good selection in stock and a large variety of finishes and colors in pre-finished. We were in and out in 15 minutes! Update: 1/8/2023 stopped in for a few items. Sharkbite fitting, thermostat, light switch, TV wall bracket. Lowes always has a good selection and quality items. 5/20/2023 Stopped in for our summer planting needs. Very healthy looking plants. Prices a little higher than 2022, but what isn't. Now the work begins.

Promise of delivery and still have not received my dishwasher. I am going to another big name company from now on. Lowe’s can never deliver on time and your item sits in back for a week. UnprofessionalSeveral times I spoke with a Lowe’s representative about the delivery situation with a promise of a delivery. Those were unfortunately not fulfilled.Disgusted, my husband and I went to a Local appliance store and we’re greeted with a friendly smile, no pressure, lower prices, and a next day delivery and installation with haul away. It does pay to shop LOCAL

This place was spectacular. You know when you pick up an item but the price tag on the shelf it's not the correct one. Here everything is in order, so easy to check your prices. And the lady on the paint department was amazing, she told me everything I needed to know about redoing my deck. It is awesome wen people working in a department actually know about it. Been there twice and I'll keep on going even when I got to drive an hour from my house.

I purchased a GE washer and dryer set less than 2 years ago. This set was Literally the most expensive set they had in the store and was recommended by the department manager. We have had nothing but issues with both items. Two maintenance calls on the washer for no hot water. They fixed it both times. But both times it never had hot water. Finally gave up on that so still no hot water. The dryer had a horrible vibration. You would think that an expensive dryer wouldn't vibrate. They sent a tech out, ordered a new panel. This fixed the problem. Took over a month for the process but fixed. Got an extra panel they sent if anyone want to buy one. They sent two. Each service call has taken weeks and weeks to get completed. Now I had another issue. My washer doesn't spin. So, no way to use washer at all. Two and a half weeks to get a tech here. The night before appointment (8am to 5pm window) they still confirmed. So, I took complete day off. Thankfully I own my company so it's a little easier. There is a storm here, however my staff is still working. This morning they cancelled and said to get online to reschedule. The online scheduler doesn't work, and their 800 numbers do not connect. What a JOKE. If you want great service buy an appliance from Lowes. They have great service providers they stand behind.

We hired Lowes to build a fence less than two years ago. The gates never were right and now one barely opens, another is sagging and will need to be replaced this summer. Spoke to them several times about repairing it. They sent the same people out and they switched out a couple pieces on the fence but didnt really fix anything we complained about.I would not recommend having them do any work. Lowes... as in lowest quality.Update: I called the number in their reply and they took my information and said they would get back to me within 48 hours... 5 days ago.Do not hire these people for anything.

Went for flowers that were supposed to be on sale due to Memorial weekend and their prices did not reflect what was on the ad. But they have beautiful varieties of plants to purchase at a decent price and other outdoor products.

We have been to Lowe's many times in the past and it was hard to find help or a smiling face anywhere, but today was a totally different experience. So many nice workers willing to help in all different departments and it didn't matter if they were older or younger, they were super nice and helpful. Way to go, management. You are making us Lowe's customers once again.

Purchased an appliance with free delivery. The thing that they don't tell you is that they call you late the night before to tell you a 4 hour window to deliver. Don't plan on doing anything on the scheduled delivery date. Very hard to plan ahead with work/contractors/etc. Making everything more complicated because they don't plan their deliveries ahead of time even though the date was scheduled almost a month ahead of time. What I thought was a perk has ended up being more of a hassle.

I'm used to the store staff helping me actually find what I'm looking for, especially when I was just minding my own and they asked me if I needed any help. The guy just gestures over in the direction of the department I was heading to and said, well it's gotta be over there somewhere, maybe try that end cap? Was back to being on my own. That's why the 3 stars, about average for what I expect from Dirty Loo customer service.P. S. What I was looking for was not on the end cap
