I got what I came in for today. I don’t know if I caught them on a bad day, but I did not receive the service today at this store that I have in times past. Luckily I didn’t need but epoxy quick setting putty. Crazy glue and a couple of other things. There’s always a silver lining in everything if look for it. The prices here are phenomenal and as long as they continue to keep them reasonable I, will continue to go with them.

I got my workbench and table vise and cases from Harbor Freight. I got no complaints at all.great price as long as you know what your looking for. And know what to look for in your tools. Sometimes cheap tools can be better then the expensive stuff. Do your research

Closed the door in my face at 7:55 pm when they are open until 8pm. This has happened twice to me at the same store. Drove from 45 mins away.

First time in here. Clean and organized, was able to find what I needed in a short time. Only spoke to one employee, he was nice and helpful. Will be visiting here again! There coupons are helpful too, 20% off and free item with any purchase!

This used to be toys are us store for kids. Now it's a toys are us store for me. I have spent more money in that building than anywhere else. Lol! The people at harbor freight are great and love how close it is to pop in and get what I need for a project.

Really like this store. Lots of helpful tools to get your job done. Purchased an inspection scope and extra cable. Amazing picture that allowed me to see back behind the wall to diagnosis the issue with a 123 year oil pocket door in an antique house. Spending $100 on a camera and cable saved a lot of unnecessary work and destruction to the wall. Also purchased an oil funnel kit that connects to the valve cover directly and has numerous adapters to fit various manufactures.

There is always plenty of parking. It's never too busy, rarely is there a check out line. All the staff I've interacted with have been pleasant and helpful when I needed help finding anything. And the wide variety of tools is plentiful, and the prices are generally below the larger Home & Hardware stores.

I think it's dangerous for any tool-loving man (or woman) to step foot inside there. Very clean, well-laid out, and reasonably-priced tools. They may not be name brands, but that doesn't stop me from wanting them (... all 😁).

What can I say, it’s Harbor Freight! You can’t find a store with a better return policy on hand tools. Doesn’t exist. Store manager Tim is a great guy, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful

Like I always said. You get what you pay for but if you have a good eye for workmanship, not everything is like that. There are some very solid and versatile tools at Harbor Freight. Aside from that the accessories are a great way to save money there.

They should be called tools are us! My husband was actually shopping for some type of straps for hauling on his trailer hes a hot shot driver. Unfortunately he did not find what he needed here but the store was clean with good customer service.

Products don't perform as well or last as long. At least not the ones I purchased. I'm told we get what we pay for but in this case they didn't even last long enough to get that little bit. (The prices are pretty low) so even though my expectations were fairly low, they didn't even make that.

My experience at Waterloo Harbor Freight was excellent, I had superior service from the manager Tim Nieman. He found everything my son in law requested on my Xmas list and I was quickly on my way. Very nice man, will be back again to do more business for sure.
