I ordered a dozen roses to be delivered to my girlfriends home where she is sick with covid. I can't be there to make her smile but thanks to you I was able to anyway. I ordered flowers on their webiste to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday. It was short notice but they were able to deliver them when I was hoping for. They were absolutely beautiful! It made me daughters day today. The price was very affordable and the quality surpassed my expectations!

Called to order flowers from out of state. Jenna was incredible in her customer service, her description, and help on delivery. Their website gives you good options you can discuss when you call. Will use them again for our Iowa flower deliveries

Horrible. The price was unbelievable for flowers that looked as if they already starting their dying process, on top of the fact He basically paid $30 for LEAVES 🍃 and 4 Flowers!!!!!! The bouquet was sad and actually made me angrier than what he intended to purchase them for! Unbelievable and I’ll be up there @ opening to receive a refund

Multiple times I’ve had 1800flowers not delivery on the day I paid for. I’ve contacted the local store and they have always said it’s a holiday so they cannot fix it and I’ve contacted the presidents office and was given coupons. That doesn’t fix the problem that happens repeatedly. I live out of town and pay for flowers to be delivered on certain day to my family. Consistently I am let down.

Good location in Waterloo area, double the cost of flowers in winter time, if you want to save the money go to hyvee that is 2 miles away from this store. Good staff 👍🏼

This florist is awesome. They have the best staff and selection. I get all my flowers, plants and gifts there. You have to try the chocolate. I love that they deliver and are open 7 days a week for my convenience.

I was finally able to obtain a flower with thorns to put my enemies into an unwakeable sleep here. Hopefully their true love never finds them and breaks the curse. Would visit again
