I am very disappointed. Bought my daughter her first power wheels shipped via FedEx. Today their website says it has been rescheduled to deliver Tuesday but is showing out for delivery on a delivery vehicle I called and was told there is a glitch in the system and that it would be delivering Tuesday. I need this by the 11th so if for some reason this is lost or stolen because it delivers today there is no way to get her another one of the same by her birthday!

Package was supposed to be delivered Friday before x-mas. Didn't deliver moved the delivery to Sunday not delivered. I changed the location for drop off because, I work and needed the package nearby for pick up. I changed the location 1 day in advance of delivery. Package scheduled for delivery on Monday at the new drop of location. Got a text message 8 am saying out on FedEx truck for delivery. 2pm, magically package is delayed called FedEx no resolution. Paid for 3 day shipping my product was shipped 21st December it's the 27th today still no package.

Very helpful people work here. They took care of a package I needed to send out quickly and I arrived at 8:50 AM and they were nice enough to open and take care of everything. Normal opening time is 9AM.

They don't box anything here, We have to go all the way to cedar Rapids if we want them to box it. That's 40 minutes away.. crazy

I track my package this morning and see "9:11 am On FedEx vehicle for delivery." Great :)Expecting my package to show up by the end of the day and then see this update. "4:21 pm At local FedEx facility Package not due for delivery."So they put a package on their truck. Drive up to my area and decide they don't feel like delivering until tomorrow and take the package back with them. Thanks for the outstanding service FedEx.

I order a package for Saturday delivery. I receive a text that says my package has been delivered. I look outside. Nothing. Back door perhaps? Nothing. By the gates? Nope. I finally found it. OUT BY THE HIGHWAY FOR ANYONE TO TAKE, INSIDE A NEWSPAPER BOX, THAT WASN'T EVEN MINE!!! I just love that good old thing called customer service....

Worst delivery drivers, do you guys not check the address you attempt to send to? Had someone waiting half a day at my house, only to attempt delivery to the wrong address. This is the second time this has happened. Absolutely lazy and customer service does nothing.

Complete garbage. My tracking on the pkg says its been 'in route' to me for 48hrs. I guess i didnt realize the pkg was beingdelivered by camel. Save yourself the time and effort and choose another delivery method.

My package made it all the way from California to Iowa and then all of a sudden it says the barcode is no longer readable so they can't deliver my package these people do not know how to run a shipping business

The most inept worthless company I have ever delt with.Still thinking about suing the company.Had an over night Saturday guaranteed by 4:30 highly important pkg ordered and the Sat.driver being the worthless moran he is said he couldn't find us .He didn't look past his nose.So is off the clock at noon and goes home.Try calling the place in Waterloo.They must get so many mad customers won't even post the phone number.A message was left to the Mgr of the Waterloo Store by a FedEX Supervisor to call me.This is Monday and haven't herd a thing.What a Useless Company.

FedEx is the most unreliable company ever. I have had way too many bad experiences (late, lost, stolen, and broken packages) with them to ever recommend them. You never know which carrier (Ground, Home, Express, etc.) it's coming on and time of arrival. With UPS I know the driver will arrive at the same time every day. I had one item shipped 4 times from New Jersey because it kept arriving broken. I won't purchase from a company that uses FedEx as their shipper.

ordered several things from Fedex in the past..normally have good reviews but last two times the lazy SOB didn't even wait for my mother to get down the stairs as she saw him pulling in and by time she got to the door he was already gone..she didn't hear a knock nor did my dog that would normally bark when someone did..(now I have to have my package reshipped or picked-up

Junk ass company. Sounds like the same thing happened to others as did to me when the driver "couldnt find the place". Gps takes u to the front door with house address all over. Also only two houses on a half mile long dead end road with our house at the very end and no neighbor for about 500 yards. And also had a package delivered two days before with no issue from fed ex. IT WAS SATURDAY IS WHY OUR PACKAGE WASNT DELIVERED. DRIVER WAS IN HURRY. Im in the delivery business and its not that hard with gps. Hell it'll show u a picture of the house. We are done with u FedEx. Have a good day.

Took package to be delivered, said it would be there sat am, didn't make it til Monday am by that time to late and paid extra to have air fed ex for overnight. Told them to return package and give me my money back for sending it and said it would make it there. DAM LIERS!!!!!

Always mess up every time they deliver , the driver doesn’t read the whole address and decides to leave and saying attempts to deliver !No notification attached to the door ! Particularly in Waterloo, Iowa

absolute worst customer service..not sure how its an undeliverable address as its in the middle of town and UPS has no issue delivering. Call to find out how the driver cant find my house and cant get anyone who can help at all
