The store is suppose to be open till 10:00 pm but they shut it down whenever they want apparently. I pulled up to the store and the lady literally stops and stares at me through the door and locks it the walks away and it's only 9:45pm. I knocked on the door and was ignored completely, all I need is dog food and I would have had plenty of time to grab it and check out and still be out the store before 10:00 pm....I mean I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review and it's only 9:55 pm .

Disappointed with my visit today. Though I found what I needed, the floor was not clean. I stepped on what looked like an old earring and it pierced my shoe into my foot. Although it was something small, stepping on things like that is a safety hazard for customers. Please do better with customer service and overall presentation of the store.

Very cluttered with to much stuff on floor and hanging from shelves makes store look dirty still afraid something is going to fall on me also out date meat snacks gross 😟

Customer should always be right, and should be honored regarding a PRICE.BUT THEY DON'T!!Family Dollar is the only store that absolutely DOES NOT & WILL NOT HONOR THEIR MISTAKES.Also, the entire store is AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN HAZARD! There is no reason for any customer to have to move boxes of merchandise or carts just to get to the item or items that you need.It is not my fault that the employees put merchandise on the wrong spot.But they try to blame the customers and say that someone must have put it/them there. I've been told that if they honor a price, they will get in trouble with (I'm guessing district manager), and it should not be that way. Also, when they put out clearance merchandise, you find many many items that are not on clearance, but yet they are put there.Family Dollar needs more employees, & better managment. Sometimes they use vulgar language when talking to customers that they are acquainted with outside the store, & is very disrespectful to the rest of the customers. My main complaint is that family dollar should respectfully honor a price/the price, simply because we are not at fault that your employees cannot do their job like their suppose to.

The employees at this store are very rude. Starting with the manager. She tells at customers, roles her eyes like she really doesn't want to be there and refuses to stop eating when she see a line of people at the register. She said she is entitled to lunch. Shes very rude. I went in today and there were 2 lines waiting for one register while she stood in the back of the store. Unacceptable for any business. Maybe its because it's in a predominantly black area.....

The place is cluttered and dirty. Most of the time there are boxes and carts blocking the aisles. You have to move things out of your way to get what you need. Then you have the foul mouth music blaring as soon. As you walk in the door. That is uncalled for nobody wants to listen to that. The workers act like they want to be any place but there. The workers do not act very professional. I have learned way to much about their private lives, and the language the workers use. Im not a prude or anything, but there is a time and place for everything and running a store isn't it.

Otc card was supposed to work and now I can't eat dinner, there wasn't an option to use the card without a pin.

Asked girl at counter if they sold yeast for baking and she looked at me crazy and said noooo, but some of our customers may have that type of infection. What a jacked up idiot, guess that's why your work the counter at Family Dollar because you are so smart and such a good employee.

They have what you need. Prices are ok. It's overcrowded. Much of the time there are boxes in the aisles and it always takes atleast 10 minutes to check out. The dollar tree is much nicer.

Good staff. Don't care for the pan handlers in front of the store. Some guy peddles burnt CDs and DVDs at the entrance and stands inside while nobody is at the store

Very messy, blocked isles & unstocked items, all the time. Would give it 0. Feel so sorry for the local people who might need to shop here. Extremely sloppy and the prices do not make up for it.

Not a fan. It's dingy, there are boxes everywhere, nothing is stocked well, it's difficult to navigate, and the cashiers seem to want to be anywhere except where they are. Won't go back.
