Just be happy I’m not using one star drove 45 minutes just to find out they’re not open three hours before it says they are closed online. Do the community a favor and update your online profile. If you’re going to lie about the hours this is ridiculous.

I was disappointed because some lady cut in front of me and she didn't even order. She ordered when she made her way to the pick up window and then ordered. There was a line of cars behind mine and we had to wait longer because they had to take time to complete her order even though she didn't go through the order line.☹

Would have been great if maybe you make the peanut butter parfait last, so that when you give it to the customer without a lid, he doesn't sit there watching it melt into his cupholders for 5 minutes before you can make an Orange Julius...

Lady was on the phone the whole time took my payment then had to ask me again what I ordered. I’m the only one in the drive thru. Terrible service. Not worth waiting almost 10 minutes for a shake and cone.

I brought dilley bars and buster bars but the product tasted like soap. I didn't receive a receipt so unable to return. I wasnt happy and even called but heard nothing back!!

We were in Waterloo for a softball game (out of town) and found the store very confusing. There are two windows and it was 9:30 and we didn't know the store was closed. There were workers in the inside but they couldn't come to the microphone and tell us they were close. We weren't the only car waiting to see if they were open. There were 2 cars behind us. Everyone's driving in a circle wondering if we have the wrong window etc. I think it is funny that a DQ closes before 10 p.m. in the summer and the hours were not posted anywhere. We couldn't find them on either window, door etc. So we left and went to the Ice cream place next door which was open, friendly, good and cheaper. Win, Win for us but thought I would let you know.

Very poor!! Oreo blizzard had hardly any oreos and the cherry malt had hardly any cherry in it. We won’t be going back

Just tried to order and the employee said one moment. After over five minutes of waiting, nothing! Tried to ask for help there was no answer. Waited a little longer still nothing. Ended up going down the street to Culver’s.
