I needed an rx filled on Saturday. Had a paper rx from my eye doc. Walmart refused to fill because it was a paper rx vs electronic, so I called cvs to see if they would honor it before I made the trip there. They said they would. So I drove there only to find out they wouldn’t fill it until they could verify it on Monday with my doctor. Said the rx looked like a photocopy with hand cut edges! Seriously?!?!? Would give 0 stars if it was available. Will never go to cvs again! Don’t tell a potential customer that you will honor something then changed your mind. Frustrating to say the least.
