The movers were very polite.The estimate was 1/3 of what it actually cost. Very disappointed in that. More than double of 3 other estimates. Other movers came out and and looked at what was being moved.We did notice one of the cabinets was broken. HereIs a picture. The handles were broken, doors were cracked and legs were broken.

Outstanding company! The service was five star from Charlie at the request desk, to Logan at the scheduling/project step, to the most polite and hard workers Nathan and Josiah who worked in single digit temperature and unloaded my POD in record time. Everyone was top notch. They re-verified everything and tried to anticipate any surprises. They were on time and great communicators. Will use again and recommend to everyone!

Josiah and Cade were professional and continuously asked questions. Moving can be stressful and they kept checking in making sure they got everything. They wrapped the furniture and it arrived undamaged. It was more than worth the investment. Next time what I would do differently, is rent their shipping containers. I bought my own because I personally wanted some, but don't need as many as I purchased. Would be worth having them drop off the containers and taking them away when done. Logan was very thorough while booking the move, checking in before moving day, and calling the day of moving to check on satisfaction. Great experience working with Blue Cow.....and I love cows....never saw a blue one though.

My entire experience with Blue Cow Moving was excellent! From the initial phone call to meeting my moving coordinator, I felt welcomed and was given awesome customer service. Blue Cow is extremely organized and I love that about them!! I needed pods unloaded and the 2 movers they sent did a great job unloading. As well, they were kind and personable. I really appreciate Blue Cow Moving and look forward to using them again in the future!

My move could not have gone smoother! The guys were quick and efficient with a kind manner that put me at ease. They hadthe supplies and equipment to make the move so smooth and my belongings were in pristine condition when they arrived. Cost is also reasonable, and they outline all charges so there is no confusion. Giving the experience 5 stars!

The people were very nice and the movers were too! Scheduling was easy and overall the process was smooth. Four stars because the estimate of time and cost were way off from what actually occurred. It was still worth doing professional movers because physically I could not have moved myself as efficiently, even with friends and family helping.

Blue Cow was amazing! They showed up 15 minutes prior to the move to scope out what they had to move. Both guys immediately went to work and started prepping the big items. They were courteous and professional. They made sure all my items were protected and placed at our new home. The weather was extremely cold Saturday but they never complained! These young men were very careful in moving my furniture up a set of stairs. Jay and Paul took their time and carefully evaluated how to maneuver them to a designated location so there was no damage to either the furniture or my house.

I normally don't post reviews but this was exceptional service. I did a military move from 9 hours away and I had a lot of stuff.1) Laborers were on time2) Positive3) Took initiative4) Jumped right in to lift the heavy items first5) Asked what and where I wanted things.They made the whole process a lot less stressful. I will recommend them to my friends and family .
