Always get help, they always answer the phone in a timely manner, and they are staffed with employees willing to work. They have a rewards program and they get parts shipped quickly. Best NAPA I've been to. Called carquest on accident yesterday and they answered unpleasantly. They also didn't have a common part and didn't have an option to order it...?Napa had it by the next morning.

Wonderful customer service. Stopped due to emergent need for wipers during a snowstorm. They offered expert help in store and put them on for me. Lifesaver for sure!

Located on the courthouse square. Old building makes the physical plant crowded. Displays in window are dated and faded. Could be cleaner. Staff isn't overly helpful. Prices are on the high side for parts and tools of comparable quality.

Go in here with an oil seal that has an old no longer available part number. I knew this going in and told the parts guy this. I was hoping for a GOOD parts guy that could match something up by dimensions that would work for me. He didn't even give it a look. Just asked for the old part number and said "nope I don't have anything for that number".

Friendly people work at this location. They have a tremendous inventory for a small town. They can get you on the road. Stop in an let the NAPA team get you going!!!

Well, the place is an auto parts store. They usually have or can get what you need. They sure don't have hours for people that have a day job tho. Really hard to get there when they close at 5 on weekdays and 10 AM on Saturdays.
