I took my engagement/wedding rings in to have them re-sized. I picked them up today. They’ve been sized accurately, cleaned, and they even re-etched the names into my wedding ring. I’m beyond happy with the quality of care they gave my rings and the fact I can wear them again after a year of not being able to wear them. And the cost was less than they quoted me! 100% recommend Nelson’s Jewelry!

After 20 years of living with my ho-hum generic wedding set, I broke my hand. My finger size changed which was the perfect opportunity to freshen my look! I really wanted a one of a kind, "all in one" wedding/mother's ring combo. After only a couple of emails, pictures and conversations, Nelson's went to work on my custom design. It's been almost 6 months since I had a ring on my finger and I am so pleased with the outcome. It's totally unique and TOTALLY me. The design is perfect and integrates all my favorite things: hammered white gold, yellow gold bezel settings, 3 birthstones & my center diamond from my old set.Just happy, happy, happy :-) Well done & Thank you!

I love the team at Nelson’s Jewelry! My sister and I lost our Mom a few years ago and they assisted us with sorting her jewelry and they were ready to assist us if we wanted to sell her prices, but we just weren’t ready. They were gracious, understanding and so kind during a difficult time. My sister and I shopped there this weekend and it was so fun! Jewelry was a big part of our Mom’s life and it was fun to find a couple pieces together. Amanda at Nelson’s helped find some beautiful jewelry and make a new memory! Brought my wedding ring to them to be fixed after my main prong broke right after it being cleaned at a different local jeweler (second time this had happened). I explained my concern to Nelson’s after speaking to my other local jeweler again and Nelson’s promised a quicker repair and more effective repair! They ended up having to replace the whole head on my ring but it looks amazing, was extremely well done and very affordable! I will continue to do my cleanings now with Nelson instead of my local jeweler because I was extremely impressed with their work and customer service!

Took my ring to Nelson Jewelry because my center stone was loose. They agreed right away after another store had told me it didn't need to be repaired! They got it repaired, they polished, removed scratches and rounded out my band without me asking! The repair price was much less then I ever expected it to be! I'm so happy with the service I recieved and will be taking my ring there for all future repairs!

We have been purchasing jewelry from Tom for many years. The quality and price are great, but what is best is the customer service! We made a move about 4 hours away a couple of years ago, and when we decided to upgrade my diamond, Tom contacted me right away and said he would be in our area and he would meet me to pick up my ring, saving me an 8 hour round trip! Tom and his staff are wonderful! The store is filled with goodies, in all price ranges! If they don't have what you're looking for, they can usually order it, or have it custom made! If diamonds are your best friend, they have a trade-up program, that makes it more affordable to get that "rock" you've always wanted!
