I went into walmart today to get two new tires on my car, everyone was very nice helpful up until they lost my car keys! 45 minutes of standing around hoping somebody could find my keys and in the end they were found after being pulled out of a trash can. After all of this I kindly asked one of their coaches if there was anything they could do regarding this inconvenience, a $10 gift card or literally anything for making me stand around for almost an hour and watching an associate pull my keys out of a trash can! I was given a rude and cold no, nothing would be done as there was no harm done since they found my keys right? How would you feel about this? angry? that’s how i felt and i outlasted by cursing at this coach that I was speaking to, he quickly proceeded to ask me to leave and i didn’t object i walked away and he informed me I would be trespassed for this, asking me for my name while he “escorted” me out like im some criminal for being upset about this issue. The friendly staff gets a 10/10 I would still recommend buying your tires here but whoever this coach is needs to be re taught proper morals.

The lady working in the bakery helped us with rings for cupcakes we purchased. She was so patient and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to get that level of customer service!

Rips people off they charge so much for stuff that made so much cheaper than other places I got most of my electronics from there and they crash several times a day and the ones I got from other places still work perfectly good and some of them are the same exact products they need to have there products made to be worth there prices

Very upset with customer service. They don't know or want to help me get signed up for Walmart plus. Then went to check out and I was going to use my Walmart Capital one card. And it meaning the card taker would not take my card for me or the cashier

It's sad that the only time an employee even looks at you is when you're trying to walk out the door after checking yourself out and they look you up and down like you're a thief. Sorry Karen I don't know how to use your equipment I missed orientation day🤷‍♂️

Man the wrost experience I had at a Walmart I could find no matching outfits in the Snoop Dogg section the food was old I could tell by the white line in all the meat and I got some items and still feel sick

I do not recommend this Walmart to anyone. Theft is rampant. Overbearing customers get heated with one another, and later they take things out on staff. Not a pleasant experience. I don’t really have HIGH expectations for Walmart at all, but this location in Sioux City on Floyd Blvd. takes the cake for the worst that Walmart has to offer.

UPDATE! Yet again I am treated like a thief , even though I have everything in the bag the employee who is just doing her job was able to stop the conversation she's been having with somebody since I walked in to ask me if she can Icheck my receipt. I told her oh, no I'm not a Thief. Let her know I know she's just doing her job and it's the company, then I kept on walking. I wish everyone knew they didn't have to be harassed like this . (Old post)Everyone is assumed a thief if you don't have your purchase in a bag; better make sure you grab your receipt, or don't throw it away! There are more employees doing the online shopping than customers; stay outta there way!

Worst supermarket I've ever shopped at. If being a customer is bad I can't imagine how bad it must be to work here. The bathrooms are insanely unsanitary, and the same can be said for the deli. Both the toilets and kitchens that I peeked over were dirty, and I could smell it from the counter. I also overheard a (male) employee being homophobic and (jokingly? i cant tell) talking about shooting the employees and management to another employee.The managers are a joke. I needed help and waited for the manager (female) to finish small talking with someone for over 20 minutes about their lives and common hobbies. Please, do your job. There were a couple employees who were very nice and seemed to genuinely take cleaning seriously, but overall it seems like they either don't get paid enough to care or the management are incompetent and desperately needs to be overhauled.

The checkout area of the store is very disgustingly dirty I don't think they clean any of those machines and when I say these machines are disgusting they're disgusting and they've been like that for a longtime this photo was taken 5 Days apart there's bugs crawling in there.there's always weird men walking around the store and following you asking you for money. Sometimes they'll wait till you go to your car. The store closes at 11:00 but when they're doing restocking at 9:00 they're blocking the aisles. I'd like to know if some of the people who do home deliveries for Walmart having backgrounds done? Some of these people doing deliveries look like they're under the influence of something 👀floyd Blvd and let me mention how interesting it is to hear employees talking on their cell phone are talking amongst each other about how bad management is there and how bad they have it and how everyone's having sexual relations with him and her and everybody in that store wow 👍

Went to money service ask to scan my phone and two lady worker refused to do it. I ask nice please scan because I wanted transfer money but somehow they won’t do it…. Scheduled new tires and car battery. Took quite a long time. When got car had to bring it back because new lights on dash were on and everything was in km instead of miles. Main store much more organized and clean than the Singing Hills Walmart. That one makes me exhausted by the end because I feel like I'm trying to butt my way in at a rummage sale.

8/27 10pm…. Bought a little Ac box, Artic Air. My Rvs ac isn’t working and i literally needed it bad. It’s used, dirty and doesn’t work at all. Couldn’t go back today on the exact night I’m so bothered and Ik there’s not much they can do at night. Hopefully i can get an explanation and a replacement

I actually went to my nearest Walmart YESTERDAY & that was a shopping trip w/out incident, but TODAY I "online shopped" for the 2st time and got a wonderful price that CANNOT be beat by ANYONE! So, REGARDLESS of the fact that the shipping may take a day or two longer it will be well worth it in the long run. WE SHALL SEE. (more to come...)

Everyone goes to Walmart because it's an all in one stop, and it is that. For the last 6 months or so if you want a cashier to check you out, you are going to wait, and wait. One or two cashiers with a line all the way into the clothes or jewelry most of the time. They just as well advertise themselves as the place where you pay them to do it yourself.

Seriously rude employees got pretty snippy with me because someone stocked shelf wrong n they acted like it was my fault. Seriously not how that should be. They even checked the spot n saw them self it was stocked wrong. Really need to work on customer service I was genuinely nice until they got snippy with me
