From out of town, but kid got strep and they sent medication to this Walgreens. Going on over a 2 hr wait at this time. Bathrooms are closed so we can't use. Very rude manager that was not helpful when I requested to transfer prescription to our hometown.

There is NEVER enough cashiers One in front is all and a line of 20 people or more sometimes. Other than that its a wonderful place to get my diabetic supplies

I routinely wait days for RX to be filled. Upon arriving there are usually several cars and anywhere from a 15-20min wait. I understand the new norm is expect delays and poor customer service but this location always exceeds the worst of the norms.Communication and general lack of refused for patients is my chief complaint. The final straw was this week when one of my RX was to be full filled August 13. I call a couple times to inquire and got nowhere or the run around from staff. After calling my GP who assured me they talked to them I showed up just to be told they do not have my RX and “have no idea when they will be getting more” certainly this would have been useful information a week ago when I tried to receive my RX. Instead of offering an alternative the employee referred my to another pharmacy that she promised “always had a lot in hand” I began the process of switching all of my information to said pharmacy. Two days later no RX bc they do not have it and are unsure why Walgreens directed me there. Fortunately they are working on finding me an alternative, something Walgreens was disinterested in. It is now August 23 and I have gone 10 days without my 30 day supply. This makes my medication faces less effective.I would also add they aren’t 24/7 like most pharmacies and take frequent and sometimes unpredictable breaks. This can make getting important medications from ER and Urgent Care very difficult. On another occasion I needed an antibiotic which took two days and when I arrived, they directed me to another pharmacy across town. Once again, this altered the effectiveness of my medication.

Pick up your medications at a different pharmacy unless it's early morning. Estimated wait time can be anywhere from 30mins to an hours standing line.

The store is nice and clean, but the staff seem to HATE their job and the customers in general. Jordan refuses to honor the price marked in the tags and gets angry if you buy the sale items. Shane treats everyone badly, he rolled his eyes when I gave him a coupon and threw the money at the register saying "I'm so done"

Was here this past Saturday night. Stopped in real quick so some people in my party could snag a couple things. Typical Walgreens. Had two really friendly staff working it was late approx 11:30pm. They were still selling liquor here. Was clean at the end of the night like this. I was glad they were open to accommodate us at this hour. If you are a manager and read reviews such as this you should indicate to your staff that they were nice to us and that they should be thanked for being helpful and nice.

Don't waste your time. Have your prescriptions sent to an independent pharmacy or CVS. I'm not sure if the people who work here went into the profession of pharmacy to help people or make things more difficult. Major lack of professionalism and customer service. And lastly, their probably closed! Call first-very unfriendly hours.

While traveling my husband left a critical medication in a hotel room and did not realize it till the evening and 400 miles Later. One of the pharmacists was able to facilitate replacement medication for him so we could get home safely. Anthony was a Godsend!!! And Heather was wonderful as well. Thanks more than I can say.

Dissatisfied with the poor customer service received on 3/23/2022, not only by the staff but by management as well..The lack of professionalism and customer resolution has a lot to say about this store in particular. Reached out to corporate office and they were able to resolve the problem. Sadly a 5 minute pickup turned into a 1 hour phone call.

If you plan on picking up a prescription in a timely manner think again... The drive through is rediculous. Waited 15 minutes for the car in front of me and then got to the window and nobody was there. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes after pressing the call button and nobody showed up! Really? How can you even call yourself a pharmacy. No service to be seen at this location. Walked inside and there were only 2 people in line. It's not like the place was swamped.

This facility is THE SLOWEST location I have EVER been to! The last two times I have been here I have needed to pick up a prescription because, I dont know, I'M SICK! Each time I have given them an hour or more to get it ready, although both times I have shown up and been told I STILL have to wait 15-20 mins!! I understand maybe you are understaffed but when there are 3 people behind the counter and it's a slow day both times I've come in, what the heck are you actually getting paid for? Stand around?! Maybe these employees need to have a refresher of COMMON COURTESY!! I dont want to be here waiting when I am VERY sick when I have given the facility more than enough time to fill the prescription!! Will be finding a different location to go to or just leaving my business with Walgreens altogether!

I totally understand the pharmacy is busy all the time. That still does not okay for the rudeness! I have never been upset with Walgreens pharmacy till now.

Dont waste your time. Walgreens pharmacy staff is the worst I have seen. From rolling their eyes at customers to pushing them in the back of the drive thru line to help others before you. To failing to submit proper info to a doctor. When you yourself have waited 45 mins to be served. Go to hyvee or walmart pharmacy to a staff that understands the definition of customer service and is capable of providing it to every customer.

I usually go to this Walgreens on Hamilton Blvd. to pick up my grandson's medication. I have never had any problems or mix ups yet. The staff is usually very friendly and professional. I always walk in and never do the drive up.

I walked out with out purchase because first check out told me to go to other one who ignored me to talk to previous customer. Then I thought she was gonna ring me up but I was wrong she then went help coworker instead of checking me out. No hi or can you hold on.

Worst pharmacy experience ever!!! Waited 1 1/2 hrs. for them to fill 2 scripts that I hand carried into the pharmacy while my husband who'd just had surgery was waiting in the vehicle vomiting. Sucks it's the only 24hr pharmacy open in Sioux City!!!

This pharmacy is very under staffed. I switched pharmacies, and had to go back to them for a refill. Ive been on hold for nearly 20 minutes With 1 caller ahead of me. Every time there is an issue, literally EVERY TIME.

The pharmacy was horrible. Dropped off my sister percription and Josh the technician was very rude and unapproachable. We waited for the percription to be filled and when it said ready we waited 20min to be greeted! Horrible pharmacy

Very slow service. I waited 1.5 hours for my son's prescription to be filled at the pharmacy. The prescription had been called in by the doctor before I even got there.

Went too get a western union ance was directed to either use a kiosk or go to the ez money store. The kiosk would not operate right.
