Dollar tree never has anything stocked on their shelves. It's a decent store when they have the shelves stocked. The part that irritates me the most is whenever they get plain cotton tshirts in stock they are 95% of the time always all smalls or extra smalls. No variety of sizes whatsoever. It would be nice if they could order some large or extra large once in a while. I know it's probably asking to much given the price is so cheap but not everyone in the world is a small or extra small unfortunately. The only other thing I think they could work on is the lines 4 the checkout r always super long & super slow.

Based on the 5 criteria for any shopping experience (cleanliness, quality vs price, variety, checkout speed, and customer service) my personal experience over the years has been good to very good. if there was a 3.5 star that would be perfect, but there isn't so i felt 4 was fair.Cleanliness- it's always picked up, and the staff does a decent job of getting to any spills and missed placed items quickly on an average day.Quality vs Price- it's all a dollar....This is a literal $1 store after all; you simply have to use logic on this one. Some things are just not worth it, and other things are a steal!Variety- of all the Dollar Trees in the area, this is my favorite. They layout basic with no dead ends or odd turns, and everything is organized and doesn't repeat. It's the right size for what it is.Checkout Speed- This is where i have to knock it down a star for sure... I have never gone here and seen all 3 lanes open at the same time. As a former retailer myself, i know how much it's looked down on to see lines 10 customers deep and there are still lanes not open. Half the time you get through quick, and the other half... you will wait.Customer Service- Seems like a flip of the coin. Again, it's a retailer, not everyone is an expert and it seems to lack in getting general knowledge to all the employees sometimes. I'd say it's another flip of the coin, half the time you wont get much help, and the other half they are wonderful and very knowledgeable.

As it is this place is a rundown business, lots of bums trolling through here, but maybe a week before Christmas you should have 2 or 3 cashiers.Having 2 is rare occurrence.

I really enjoyed my experience tonight. Whomever was running the cash register was awesome. First time actually having someone who seems to enjoy his job. So friendly and lively. Definitely gonna go back here.

Quick and cheap place to shop for cards and party supplies. I didn't see anyone cleaning shopping carts. The lady checking me out said they clean them every hour. I've been there quite a bit and never saw sanitizing wipes or spray near them. Lots of dollar items with good variety.

This review is not about the store. I really like the dollar tree. This is about the customer service I received. As I was checking out the cashier acted as though I was bothering her, despite the fact she had just checked another customer. She did not greet me , just started scanning. That didn’t bother me too much. But the dirty look she had on her face for the cart full I could have done without. Then there was the dirty looks and smirks she and her coworker kept exchanging while checking me out was really unnecessary. Perhaps it was the contents of my cart, several food items and several craft items that got to them. Perhaps it was a bad day. Perhaps it was a number of other things. Either way, it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I understand working in retail while trying to give the best customer service on bad days as such. I do it myself. But this was just bad customer service.

The shelves at Dollar Tree are mis-matchedly stocked USUALLY and I love it that they afford me the opportunity to STOCK UP my home with the basics and most necessities. From time- to- time they will NOT have in stock what I am looking for. Thanks to today's modern age all I have to do is find a search engine and look up Dollar Tree and I can find out if what I seek is there or not! Thanks Dollar Tree!

I like that I can get some things at a good price plus there are some items at this store that the other stores do not have locally but beware the store is busy and the checkout can sometimes be quite slow.Update: everything is no longer a dollar it's now a $1.25 plus they have an aisle with things up to $5 per item now.

The dollar tree where everything is a dollar. I buy my cleaning supplies here. There cheap but they work. I recommend this store. I go there all the time. The shelves are almost empty. Now everything 1.25.

The 2 stars are for the store and selection. That's it. There were 3 cashiers working, all of them older. They were rude, and acted like they were bored. Someone was having difficulties with their card and instead of trying to figure it out, the cashier was speaking LOUDLY about the issue and being dismissive and trying to get the person to give up and leave. Our cashier didn't even greet us. Just scanned items and gave us change back. Won't be back.

Dollar tree is a great places to buy bagged candy. They price is One Dollar per item. But just because everything's a dollar doesnt mean it is the best price you can find. They do have many of brands that come in smaller sizes or lower quality products and you must be careful. Batteries maybe only a dollar but they will not last a long as higher priced.

Great store. We go here a ton. Great for wrapping supplies, greeting cards, cheap decor, and more. The only negative is that a few of the people that work there are not very nice.

I love dollar tree. I know exactly what I want when I go but it's always fun to try out new items they have. Especially the area that have seasonal items.

Employees go out of their way to assist and always do it with a smile. I left credit card on counter once...three weeks later when I returned to the store they spotted me upon entering and gave me the card!
