Has always had problems but recently nothing going right. I can't even get gas half the time because the card readers don't work. They had good donuts, now they are all terrible. They went through a time when I would walk in and there would be no food even in busy times. Pizza is always gross and left in the heater for hours most of the time. I have dropped all Casey's for quick star or Kum and Go. Whatever they are doing up top is terrible and ruining Casey's forever.

Customer service isn't always the greatest. Recent updated and remodeled and facility is great. As every Casey's needs ... Needs more parking space. Great for us to run to a reliable local convenient store for last-minute convenient things. If we can wait, we usually will go to the Story City one. Staff always seem rude and impersonable and that's the biggest down fall.

Have had two bad customer service experiences there recently. Both with a woman who was checking out my 3 boys and myself. Was rude for no reason at all. Will be driving past this Casey's on the future. You have lost my business. I see from the reviews I am not the first one who has experienced this.

pizzas were pepperoni with half a mushroom. was supposed to be a Supreme.a breakfast pizza that barely had anything on it. recieved a severe attitude from kitchen staff. when I picked up pizzas staff was on personal phone and it seemed to take offense that I was interrupting his call.

Pizza orders are inconsistent. Several occasions have resulted in a pizza with toppings that we didn't order. When we call back they act like they don't understand why it's a big deal. Also told it would be a half hour for a new pizza because the person was "outside"...annoying.

Gas pumps are extremely slow and only 2 of 4 working, worth driving extra miles to Story City or Nevada Caseys. Both are newer and have multiple pumps that actually work.

Way under cooked. The center of bothe pizzas were dogh. Not doughie, DOUGH. I had to recook both . I hope this improves or I will drive the extra mile or two to the Caseys in Nevada.

This is an older Casey's but has a good bathroom. The people there always friendly and the pizza is good.

Recently remodeled. Good selection, includes some common grocery items. The only place in Roland to buy anything, really.
