Placed an order online Oct 1 at 5 pm and although the website said the store was open that day, it was not. Now, 2 weeks later, despite multiple calls, my money has not been refunded. Kyle said that he had more important things on his plate, but that is unacceptable. This money should have never been charged in the first place, and it certainly shouldn't take 2 weeks to still not get a refund for services NOT providedUpdate: as I have still not been refunded I have been forced to dispute this charge through my bank. I did call the pizza ranch branch 3 times to resolve this issue, and called corporate as well, but the refund has NOT been issued voluntarily through the business

It was not the best Pizza Ranch experience we have had. There was no ice for the lukewarm soda. There was no ice cream. There was very little chicken or pizza on the buffet while we were there. The bright spot was the young man who worked the register and cleared plates. He did an outstanding job! This location could do a better job for their buffet customers.

Visiting from out of state and decided to stop at a familiar place to get something to eat. Parking lot was empty, but it was also between noon and supper times. We were greeted when we came in by a nice gal. We ordered cheese sticks which were nice and fresh, 2 piece chicken dinner and 2 salads. The salad bar needed to be flipped and freshened up but had plenty of food stocked in it.From looking at the outside of the chicken it looked well done but when it was split open with a fork it was looked like it hasn’t had t even had any heat and was definitely raw. The employee told us that they put marinara sauce on it and that’s what it looks like after it’s cooked and it gets into the chicken.Unfortunately we had to ask for our money back and was not offered a solution first. Sad to say we will not be returning to this location in Rock Rapids on our next visit

We stopped at noon for lunch. We were there exactly at 12 but the buffet (which cost $13 per person) had no fresh food. The pizza and chicken clearly had sat there quite a while as well as the potatoes which were not warm. The corn was dry and a funny color. Selection was very limited and the food was not good. One pizza was brought to another table first and the few remaining pieces were put on the buffet. That was the only fresh pizza put out in the half hour we were there. There was no coffee out (you have to ask for coffee). What a disappointment for the price we paid. We won't be back.

Excellent! We reserved the party room for 32 people for 2:30 on a Saturday. The buffet wasn't available so I pre-ordered the meal 2 weeks in advance. Pizzas, chicken, sides, etc. Easy, but at the very last minute I had to add a few extras. Not an issue. When we arrived the food was ready to serve (always delicious) and we had nothing but compliments from our guests. Thank you for the top notch service from start to finish!

Traveling back from Okoboji over the weekend and had the pleasure of eating here. Normally we are hesitant for Pizza ranch, but everything else looked closed on Monday. This Pizza Ranch was the exception- they had a bus and about 60% of the front room full and the buffet was never low on anything. They had multiple people checking the food, cleaning the tables, and overall just providing outstanding customer service.Another big shout out to how clean this Pizza Ranch was!

The food was awful. I have never been to a pizza ranch where the food was this bad. The food also took forever to make even though there was barely anyone there. Chicken was too dry or too bloody. We even had that one side of the pizza had absolutely no sauce but the other had too much.

Got there 10 minutes before they were closing the buffet but the manage said he would leave it up for us and even drop some fresh chicken for us. The managers name was Steve and was very nice. Food was good as usual. Thank you Steve for going above and beyond for some hungry folks!

We were camping at Island Park. We brought the family in to dine on a Very Hot day. We had a tasty meal in a nice air-conditioned dining room. The owner was friendly and attentive.I recommend the Rock Rapids Pizza Ranch!

We placed an online order and arrived at the time it said our order would be ready (20 minutes). Our pizza was ready but not the broasted potatoes. After an extra 20 minutes of waiting, I asked for my pizza so my kids could eat, and it was soggy. They kept telling us, “1 more minute” for the potatoes, but we didn’t get them for another 15 minutes. While waiting in the lobby for 35 minutes, we watched other people waiting for parts of their order ask for a full refund and walk out, then heard the kitchen supervisor complain about the customers. When we got our potatoes there were only a few in the box, and no one offered to comp anything or apologize for the long and unexplained delay. We only wish we had also asked for a refund and left. It was the worst service we have ever received, the food was bad, and we will not return.

Buffet is usual great. I come there so often, that when they see me come in they know what I usually order and start preparing what we like. Just wish sometimes that the pizza line could stay fuller on busier nights. If they know that it might be busy, start making food earlier. Otherwise great job. Chicken is wonderful.

We went there on a Saturday night at about 5:30. It wasn't real busy, maybe 6-8 tables. Most of the night there wasn't any pizza on the buffet., 2-6 pieces total, and that looked old and dried out. Most of the rest of the buffet was running low and not getting re filled. Even when I went to get dessert pizza the was only 4 pieces of chocolate there. Not even empty pans from where others had been. Also none of the pizzas were labeled as to what they were. Oooh, and the ice cream machine was our of service. I have been to many other pizza ranches in other towns and have never been disappointed.
