My dog is so super sweet. She is almost 19 years old. I told them she had arthritis and hip dysplasia, they gave her a shot in her hind leg of anesthetic and screamed in pain prior to the injection . I said, hey you are hurting her. She said she needed to give her a shot of anesthetic in the muscle. She attempted again and my baby was literally screaming in pain. She said she is scared. I said, she has had plenty of shots she is hurting . My dog fell and was wiggling in my arms crying in pain over the way she grabbed her hip. I had to be extremely careful because it was hard to just pick her up. My dog went out excruciating pain. Then she kept saying she was scared. No she left this world in pain. It was totally inhumane the treatment she received. I was shaking and still upset over the blotched and inhumane euthanasia of my pet. All the heartless, careless aid could say was she was scared.

These guys are willing to help any chance they get. I believe they are mainly dogs and cats that are checked up for.They do good business and also didn't charge me when I brought my dog back. He went ahead and marked it down as a recheck up for my dog. It saved me money and was quick about his services if you looking to get excellent care and fast quality work.

I went to take my mj and I didn't like the way they treated him it was like if I asked a question it was a bother for them to answer I will never use that vet again I rather go to Manson vets he's a great doctor and the people who work there treat u like family

I went here about 2 months ago after moving here from Florida ... I have a 2 year old Yorkie who needed updated shots and new rabies tag and nails trimmed .. They are amazing here , they held my baby girl and talked to her and I was able to be in the room with her and was keeping her calm thru the shots and nail clipping .. My Bella was happy and not afraid.. I highly recommend going here everytime and I will be scheduling next nail cutting soon lol ..

We purchased a kitten, this clinic Dr. Schulter gave a clean bill of health. This kitten has multiple ringworm lesions, could take up to a year to resolve. One family member has already gotten extensive ringworm from this kitty. We have small grandchildren and an elderly cat that we have concerns about contracting. The kitten also has coronavirus which is different than human corona, common in the feline family but can result in FIP eventual death. The kitty also has weeping eyes and sneezing and is being treated for this also. None of this was disclosed from Dr. Schulter who gave a State of Iowa certificate inspection with no documentation of the above.

Arrived at the time for appointment with a very sick pet. Dr. was not there and never arrived while waiting 30 minutes. Unfortunately had to leave pet for treatment. There are no other choices for a vet unless you want to drive some distance to get your pet treated. Will not take my other pet there if necessary.
