First time taking my new horses to the vet, I was very nervous they wouldn’t behave. They did pretty good but even more so Dr. Christina Collins was beyond amazing. Her and her staff are awesome. Dr. Christina is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She answered my many questions with grace, offered suggestions as needed, and made me feel good about my care for these horses. She went above and beyond letting the farrier also tag along and trim their feet while sedate. I cannot say enough good things! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Took my cat to get declawed and it wasn't done properly. Now three of her claws have grown back and popped through her skin. And when you feel her other toes you can feel sharp points where the other nails are growing under her skin.

My dog, Caya, just got spayed and they called just to let me know how it all went. Anytime she needs something done, I do get off and then pick her up when they are done. I always give a list of questions for them to check up on and the vet will call me to go over the list of questions and to answer any additional ones that may have come up. This place is busy, but they always are friendly, helpful, and I never think the price is too high. I have recommended this practice to we find that asks me where we take her to. Love this Vet!

Friendly, helpful staff. They really listen to your concerns and did all they could to find out the issue of my cat. He is a difficult patient but they were very gentle and great with him. Very appreciative and trusting of the staff in Plainfield. 👍

I took my 13 year old dog there because she had stopped eating all of a sudden. The lady vet that was on call was so nice and helpful. She took the time to explain everything. I have be going here for years and always very happy with service.

I called before scheduling and was quoted $74 LESS than what I actually had to pay. I did not request any extra things at our visit, so I have no idea why it was so much more than they had originally said. The price was absurd. I drove from Cedar Falls because the pricing they gave me on the phone made it seem worth it. Boy was that a joke!!! They costed more then the local vets for yearly shots and nail trim. Nail trim was $26 and they didn't even file the sharp ends after trimming my dogs nails. Poor customer service. Long wait. Not through. Expensive. Go somewhere else.

Appointment at 8:30 in right away,dog got 3 different shots nails trimmed and ears cleaned, out the door by 9. Back at home about 9:15.all staff very friendly, answer all questions. Treat my fur pal,as if he was one of theirs.

Respectful staff... understanding of specific needs- important when your pet is involved.Sidenote- Don't know if it's our dog specifically, but they trim nails but don't smooth them out. Seems weird, considering price

Very nice vet with compassionate staff. I've gone there for several years with my dogs and have always been pleased with them. I have lost several of my beloved dogs over the years. The staff were wonderful.

These people do a fantastic job and I’ve been going there for 20 years. Weather it was with my cattle, working sheepdogs and cattle dogs, Sheep And especially Al for my horses.First time I ever had a male dog castrated and I have to say Dr. Dane did a phenomenal jobAnd his stitches or equal to cosmetic surgery. And that was from my daughter who is actually a medical doctor. Thanks so much for being there throughout the years and helping meTo take care of my animals!!!!

Vaccinations, declaw, and neuter for $200. Great place to take animals! Don’t know what the crazy person from cedar falls is even talking about sounds like they need to go somewhere else! When I take my animals,I know for a FACT they are in GREAT hands here!

Our dog, Hazel, was injured while hunting in Iowa and needed emergency surgery. Dr. Dane and his staff were able to put Hazel back together and she’s almost done healing! The accident happened the Wednesday before thanksgiving and they stayed with her until she was able to go back home, to Wisconsin, on Saturday. Thank you for your amazing work! We are so very grateful to you guys!

I would not take your animals here due to staff lack of compassion and knowledge to resolve issues. Inexperience and a lack of logically handing situations needing resolution when an animal leaves in worse condition than it arrived. Good doctors here but find them outside this clinic. 15 years ago this was the place to take animals. Very dissapointing.
