It's so nice going here,1yr ago I walked in,and back out. Carts,boxes,everywhere. Dirty,unorganized. Well,I'm back.the new management really takes pride in his work,and it shows,no carts full of product,boxes,and very,very clean and organized.and,his employees, rich.very helpful,and pleasant.very nice.

We went at 9:40 Pm to buy a pair of shoes and all the lights were on and there was even a sign that said they were open til 10pm. We tried to open the doors and they were locked. The lady inside ignored us and kept going on with her day even though she shut down the store more than 20 minutes before closing time. Very inconvenient and rude.

I would give 0 stars if I could. There’s so many carts full of things in every single isle you can’t get to what you need. I wanted to ask an employee where I could find the phone chargers but she had a smug look on her face as she was waiting in line to check out. She then stood behind the counter eating and watching her other co worker check out the line of customers. Also, overheard employees talking about, “people are complaining but we didn’t choose this.” Apparently filling out an application and going to an interview isn’t “choosing” a job. Don’t go here.

Wow, I am beyond irritated! I was just in the store, there were 2 cashiers, one was struggling with a gift card with a customer, the other was trying to ring someone out with multiple gift cards and having a hard time. The first gentleman was on the phone trying for help and another worker walked in as a customer, they asked for her help figuring it out. I was in line, 2 people back, for 28 minutes. I was ok with it, I was hollering back in line for others who wereusing a card and wanted to use self check out to come up. The gentleman was done first, I go to him, he doesn't know how to do a return. I said it's fine, I'll wait for her to finish. I get up to her, she asked me to come back tomorrow because she couldn't get to me. So, she can't get to a customer who has waited patiently in line for 28 minutes???? I am beyond furious!

The staff is nice and you are usually always greeted at the door but good luck going down an aisle that isn't blocked with inventory that needs to be put on the shelves. I can never fully go down the aisle. I usually have to park my cart at the end of an aisle and walk down the aisle without my cart to grab what I need. Other than that I like shopping here.

I went in today 8/5/19 for ONE item. I waited in line for over 5 minutes. Their was another employee stocking shelves who could have helped but decided not to. The cashier was on her cell phone, not very professional in my opinion. Store is always a mess, to much clutter sitting on floor in aisles. Carts full of product in aisles most days.

Not a bad place. Seems like shelves are never fully stocked and the isles are tight. The staff is friendly but seems like the store needs to be renovated and reorganized. Everything else was good and the product was clean and good to go.

The prices on some thing are too high for a "dollar" store and always have been too high. The store is always in some degree of disarray. However, the size of the store makes finding things when you're in a hurry easier and they do have some food and drink items for good prices such as $1, 1 liter sodas. They also have sales fairly often it seems which is nice.

So glad I was asked how was my visit to your store. As I walked the isles trying to find the things I needed, even having to move a cart full of boxed merchandise to find the product that I was searching for..feeling a bit frustrated but this happens when you don't have enough help, but when I got to the check out the cashier was the most pleasant and helpful person. She went thru every single phone car charger to help me find the right one. Her customer service makes up for any of the frustration I had.

It is always disgusting When I go in there. The stuff is never put on shelfs. And when you need something simple they tend to awlays be sold out. Or the stuff is just put away in the back and not on the shelves. They also need to hire a nicer staff. The people who work there are rude. I've only ever met on nice guy there. Other than that everyone is rude.

This store is gross. The place is nasty looking with carts of merchandise everywhere. They are understaffed. Masks are required but they don't enforce it. I will travel to dsm if I have time before I go to this dollar General. I try only to go if I need something quick but then your in a long line cause they only have 1 cashier

Less than a year ago this place would have rated higher for me. Please take into consideration I know help is hard to find, up employee pay or put a business/company here that can afford to have employees working at all business hours. Wouldn't you be baffled going to the only nongrocery store in town and it be closed??? Better yet let's move on to when they finally have it staffed enough to be open... There's either two ladies complaining about lunch breaks to each other while there are 9 customers in line who aren't being helped or for instance today... Two brand new people w no clue in their mind what they are doing. Can't even run the register. PLEASE PUT IN A NEW STORE

It's cleaner and a bit more organized than I've ever seen it. Took forever to get through the line seeing how only one register out of three could be used for cash and cards. The middle one didn't seem to be usable at all and the last one was cash only.

Always a disaster when I go in there witch is less than one time a month. Anways I was in there today looking at the Halloween stuff and I could clearly over hear a staffs personal conversation that was in another asile that she was having with a "friend" because he was waiting for her to get off work in my opinion the conversation she was having was not very quiet and it was shocking and down right disgusting. the staff at this store need to learn how to keep there personal business to them self's and not be Telling the whole store what's going on in there life..

The place is always a total disaster. Boxes of unshelved merchandise in every aisle makes it impossible to navigate a cart. And the floors don't look like they have been swept or mopped in a long time.

This store looks like the stores you see on the news after an earthquake. Forego a shopping cart.....you wont go 2 feet without getting the wheels caught up in products laying on the floor. I learned more personal information about the lives and opinions of the people who are employed here while shopping than I care to, but cant avoid hearing because they have zero discretion when speaking to one another. The manager clearly hates interacting with the customers as was evident when she dramatically popped her earbuds from her ears when I approached her with a question. Uggh!

This store is so cluttered and unorganized, I will no longer be shopping there. It is ridiculously cluttered with boxes and carts, to the point where you can’t walk down half the isles. This is so disappointing. I love Dollar General but will be finding somewhere else in town to shop.

Sun June 14th I go in and have a $100 bill. Get told I have to spend half of it to use it. I shouldn't be told how much of my money to use. Last I knew it was illegal to do. It is legal tender. I think spending 32.50 is enough. I'll be getting a hold of he 1 800 number. Tue. March 19th. Went in and you could not push a cart through the store. You could not find what you were looking for. They had those big product charts in every isle. All the customers were complaining about it. There was only 1 person working so why is it that they had all those carts out? Wouldnt it be easier and cleaner to only take 1 or 2 out at a time? People actually were leaving because of it.

Bathrooms sometime not for public use from what I hear is due to "dirty customer". Aisles are always cluttered. Hard to find what you want. Seems like the store is closed due to staff shortage or things like that at random times. Least professional Dollar General I have been in.

This store is about the worst in a 20 mile area it never seems to have things on its shelves it's always in the middle of isles never put away! The lines at checkout are ridiculously slow! I can drive 20 min to the next DG before they even check 5 people out

The store has a note on the door stating they're closing at 3pm because they are short staffed. Every time I go into this store I can barely maneuver through the aisle because they're all full of carts and boxes blocking the way... today was no different.

Too much stuff in the ilses...when it's busy...not enough staff respond, those that do very receptive to my needs...today's shopping experiance(6/1/2019), was much better...stuff still in the ilses, but customer service was great!

Truck isn't always put away I'm a timely manner, but this store has some of the best employees ever. They go out of their way to help you find what you need.

Twice in the last week I've tried to go here in the middle of the day and they've been closed. The first time iwas told it was because of inventory. The other time no one was there. You can't hardly ever get to what you need because every isle is full of big carts with product on them that haven't been put on the shelves yet.

I wish it was a little more organized in the store. I feel like there's too many boxes in the hallways and it's hard to find what you're looking for.
