Have recently made a lot of changes to my State Farm policies. Lori made this very simple for me and was able to do everything over the phone and through email. We have had 2 claims on our Kia and both times Dave and Lori were extremely helpful in getting things taken care of. I have recommended to my children to State Farm and feel that they treat you well and it is a good value. State Farm insures 5 vehicles, 2 homes, a rental, and a golf cart. It is nice to have only one company to deal with.

I would say "service with a smile"! Seems like everytime I call we end up getting our business done promptly and correctly, with the fun part we always laugh about something.
