Place an order to get it the same day. I paid extra for delivery; otherwise, I needed to wait another day and were leaving for a vacation the next day. They didn't deliver that day despite ordering before the 6 pm deadline (ordered around noon) advertised. My wife went to the store when it opened, but they didn't have it started. We returned to pick it up on way out of town as a last-ditch effort. They tried to charge me even though I had already paid online; they said they would refund the delivery and tip I left for the courier. I check credit card transactions, and it's more than what the receipt says on the bag. Their whole system doesn't communicate well or even come close to delivering on promises. I would hate to work there. I encourage all the pharmacists to walk out; they give you a poor platform to work from. You're better than their tech, and their tech is making you look like you don't know what you're doing and angering the customers

Ordered prints online which were supposed to be ready the next morning. Went to pick them up and order hadn't been completed because they didn’t have the paper for the two 8x10 prints I ordered (the majority of my order was 4x6s). I would have appreciated being notified instead of making the trip expecting to pick up the prints. They offered no solution either. Will not order prints through them again.

This Walgreens is fine if you want to wait two business days in line in your car just to get up to the window to have them tell you your script isn’t ready even though you’ve received notification that it was 🙃And also let’s talk about their “hard lunches” where they put all pharmacy staff on lunch all at the same time? I’ve managed restaurants and this is not how you run any business. Lol. This place is a joke.After several issues I’ve finally switched pharmacies. I suggest everyone else do this also.

You know what’s fun? Having a sick kid at home, getting a call that their strep test is positive, and heading to the pharmacy to pick up and get them started on the medicine that will make them feel better only to be in line and then have the team at Walgreens shut the window and refuse to give you said medicine because by the time they finish up with the person ahead of you it’s 6:03 PM and “we close at 6 on the dot.”Even after a fair amount of begging from a sad mom to take 30 seconds and hand over that bag of antibiotics sitting behind the counter with your 7 year old’s name on it. Nice.Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy at all costs. And based on the number of other 1-star reviews on this place, our experience of rudeness and lack of customer focus or empathy is a common theme.

I usually don't have many issues when I go into the store, calling is another topic though. Today I called and spoke with Brittney on the phone and she was Very VERY nice and helpful. not rude once and openly answered my questions with a very happy and assisting tone! HIRE more people like Brittney!!!!!

Pharmacy is closed today. No explanation as to why, just a paper taped to the window saying as much.I'm beginning to understand why they're always so busy. When you're closed a good portion of the time that you're supposed to be in operation, the times that you are open are going to be unduly burdened with people needing their medications.I've never seen a pharmacy function so poorly before.

Walgreens has honestly been going down hill. We have been unable to get our prescription meds when we need them. They don't have available staff to answer the phones & the times the pharmacy is open now does not allow us time to pick meds up with our work schedule. My doctor called in a med for me for pain control this past Friday. Today is Wednesday & my med is still not filled. We will be switching pharmacies.

We placed an order online and selected drive though for pickup to limit social interaction during COVID. After receiving a confirmation that our order was ready two hours before, we waited 25 minutes in the drive through line only to have the attendant tell us they don't have our order and we should call the store and ask them to bring it to the pharmacy, and then wait in the drive through line again. We decided to go inside and they couldn't find the order either. Eventually, they found it - it was placed on a "different shelf." This isn't our first issue with Walgreens.

Never again. As others, I continually have to wait in the drive-thru line 20-25 minutes. They are surprisingly consistent with that! I am not sure why it takes them so long to find people's prescriptions on the shelves. No other Walgreen's has this issue. Now when going thru the last week or so there is not even a pharmacist on staff so cannot issue prescriptions. The other night I thought I'd just go in but the entire store was dark and a sign on the door said they now close at 6:00 p.m.. Freaking 6:00, are you kidding me. That bridge is now gone. Shifting my prescripts over to UIHC River Landing to have mailed to me. Screw it.

Awful, truly awful. This is the first 1 star review I have ever left for any business. The pharmacy is only open 10-6 on M-F, closed for staff lunch, and not open AT ALL on weekends. Remember, you might get there at 5 to wait in line and leave empty handed when they close at 6. Not a joke, not an exaggeration, worst customer experience imaginable.

I do not understand why people feel the need to wake up, go to their nearest Walgreens before they open, and yell at a bunch of workers for a prescription that just barely arrived to the store.I have had nothing but a great and pleasant experience picking up my meds here. It’s not that hard to use their app, read it correctly, and pick it up when it is says it’s finished. Sometimes it’s not ready, I’ll wait 5-10 mins. Not the end of the world. Sometimes I’ll wait in the drive thru, it’s not a big deal.A lot of the problems I’ve witness whenever I am there is honestly people being too stupid to read a sign or their hours of operations, too entitled to wait in line (but god forbid they will wait an hour for the seasonal Starbucks drinks or $1 burritos), too childish to act like an adult when something is out of stock (I wonder if grown adults also throw tantrums when their fast food place runs out of chicken nuggets).Take a step back, relax, and grow up. This country would not run without people working various contributing roles in the community. Crying and complaining isn’t one of them. Reading through these reviews really shows how pathetic the people in North Liberty are.

Do NOT have your medication sent to this Walgreens. There’s ALWAYS a line wrapped around the store no matter the time of day. They spend 5 minutes or more on each car as I assume they’re short staffed, and that becomes an issue when there’s a line piling up of 10+ cars. I was in line for 15-20 minutes, and pulled on up on 1:30 on the dot. They explained they were going to lunch and were unable to give me my medication after I sat in line FOREVER. This store is literally a joke.

The pharmacy is a literal joke but I’m not laughing. I have called with questions about my prescriptions that the pharmacist didn’t know the answer. Staff are generally rude. NEVER OPEN. I live in North Liberty but I finally switched to HyVee pharmacy in Coralville. I would rather drive the ten minutes than go here. Being open 10a-6p on weekdays only is absolutely ridiculous. Who is available to pick up their meds during normal working hours? Especially considering most people living in North Liberty commute to Cedar Rapids or Iowa City for work. Always a line inside and wrapped around the building for drive thru. DO NOT GO HERE.Also, the only reason I can think of for such minimal hours is being understaffed because nobody wants to work at this particular location. I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that the management probably does not create a good working environment… Embarrassing lol

Do not take your scripts here. Hyvee or Walmart. this walgreens do not know what they are doing..They shut drive thru all the way down. They have new people every week your stuff will get lost or you will be billed incorrectly. After 5 years of great service this has now gone down. In nice and clean great to shop if stocked. However, pharmacy will Kill You literally, with mix up on meds, bill, or your patience. And you will be told to call 1800walgreens for more no additional service.

Pharmacy staff recognizes me and my family and helps create a "small town pharmacy" feel. They are knowledgeable and offer great feedback to my questions. I wish this Walgreens location was more like traditional locations during the holiday season. I miss being able to find good deals on wrapping paper, batteries, and small holiday gifts.

Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is one of the worst. They continuously don't have prescriptions ready even when I receive notification that they are ready. Additionally, they take so long for drive thru. I've been waiting for 20 minutes and there are 6 cars in front of me still. Haven't moved an inch.

I always had the same problem. What a joke. A child's lemonade stand is ran better than this place. Transferred all my scripts to Hy Vee. Best thing I have ever done. Will never spend a dime at this store again!

I use Walgreens pharmacy for all of our prescriptions, and Laura is always on her game. It can get busy and stressful behind the counter, but she is consistently cheerful and friendly. And she's the best at handling insurance issues. Really thankful for her positive attitude and expertise!

This location always has issues with prescriptions for every member of my family and they will let them sit while tending to the easier items until the customer pressures them to complete an order. This location will get your order filled accurately, but not within 12 hours from my experience.

Do not use this pharmacy! Worst customer service and rudest staff especially Pharmacy. They literally do not care how sick you or your child are. Walgreens has gone done hill. I will be sure to let everyone know about my experience.

The pharmacy failed twice in a row to send the prior authorization document so I could get my prescription. They told me to wait up to 5 days for my pills, which is absurd since I've had these pills before without any waiting period, but I waited none the less since they would not give my prescription. I came back after that time period and learned that they didn't even send the document!!!! I waited in vain for pills that I desperately need. I again told Walgreens staff to send the documents. They told me it would be another 3-5 days until my pills would be ready. After that when I tried to pick up my pills yet again, they told me that they had nothing for me, since they failed to send the document...aaaagain. I called my doctor to see if they had any record of this Walgreens sending them the documents, and NOPE! The doctor never got anything from Walgreens. My health is apparently a joke to those people. I switched to another pharmacy in town, who then sent the document to my doctor immediately. I'll be giving them a 5 star review. I hate to bash any business online, but when lives are in your hands, you'd better do your job. I don't want this to happen to other people. Advice to Walgreens staff - Pills should be treated like a life or death situation, as they often are. Send the required documents so people can get their meds, or get out of the pharmacy business so someone else who cares can do the job. After this incident, I now know not to trust Walgreens with anything important. I'll never return.

WHY IS THE PHARMACY CLOSED ON A SATURDAY? Why is it closed during the weekend at all? The pharmacy has been incompetent, disrespectful, and negligent. Not only has my time been wasted on multiple occasions, but I was also given the wrong prescription. I am now yet again left without my medication and have no clear answer as to when it will be available. Working with this Walgreens has made me feel like my health is a joke.

We come to this Walgreens all the time and it is a good location. Staff are usually pretty friendly and good at getting people taken care of quickly. Good selection of items and likely to have something that will fit what you are looking for.

Honestly, there are plenty of pharmacy options, go literally anywhere else. The staff is incredibly rude. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but there’s no reason to patronize this location.

Walk in the door can't find one employee anywhere, pharmacy is gated shut. 9:30 a.m. What's the point of this place? Won't be back.
