You really never know what you’re going to find at ross. First time on this location. I visited the 2 in west Wisconsin and were really nice. Very different from each other there. This one although a lil smaller building then the 2 in Wisconsin, it was actually pretty clean and well stocked. Stopped in on a Saturday and was very busy. 2 registers open but even if we waited a little it was not a bad situation as some other places i ve been to locally Overall i will definitely visit this location again.

The layout isn't very aesthetically pleasing. I've been to atleast 5 other Ross stores in my life and this one ranks lowest in terms of selection of merchandise, size, and layout. But it's Mason City so I'll take what I can get I guess.

Money was took off my card I never received it back I went back to the store they was telling me anything just like the day the transaction went wrong all because her line was long I’m highly upset because it was a older lady who rang me up but when my card only paid for half the items she immediately took them all away and said her computer froze I feel like if u making sure your store don’t lose any profit make sure the customer don’t lose any money as well

Fun to peruse and find a treasure...if you are willing to stand in line 25+ minutes to check out. While there are FIVE registers,they only have 1 open!

These guys have something for everyone seriously from clothes to auto and home DIY stUFF. Can't beat there amazing prices! Love going to this store just never know what I'll find that I couldn't do with out!!
