Prices aren't horrible. Everything seems to always be in stock. The primary reason I keep going to this shop is the (mostly) friendly staff. Plus, they never make folks wait on them, they put down whatever they're doing and move over to take care of you.

I have been to this smoke shop 4 times now. It was time to get $5 off my purchase and the dead tooth meth head fat chick refused to sell even though I had my ID. Worst business place !! Tobacco outlet is 100x better and they will get my business now.

Tested my vape before I left, it was burnt. They told me I couldn’t switch it out just because of burntness. They’re both over 5 months expired.

Horrible management and horrible practices. I bought a disposable vape from them. Tested it in store. I was able to hit it. I walked out. Less than three hours later I find out the vape is continuing to run and fizzle after you finished hitting it. I called to see if I could exchange it and was told “too bad, I tested it in store and it hits” I tried to explain that it’s continuing to run after I hit it and I’m worried about it exploding. The woman who answered the phone told me it wasn’t her problem and that disposable vapes sometimes do that. Just horrible and rude. The funny thing is I was going to this store two to three times a week to purchase vapes. Now I’ll never go back. Shame shame shame on you.

This store sold me a vape that does not work. I didn't even leave the parking lot, walked back in and they told me they can't do anything about selling merchandise that literally didn't work out the door. They turn it on to verify it turns on and that is it.My device did turn on. Then when I went to use it, no voltage. Total Tim spent out of the store with the battery device was less than five minutes.Absolute robbery.***Update***Had to check with the company myself. Found out the device was displaying an error code indicating a short in the battery. THEY TURNED IT ON AND IT DISPLAYED THE ERROR CODE AND THEY STOLL SOLD IT TO ME!!!

My cashier, Sammi, was on her phone the entire time I was at the checkout. I had questions/concerns with my order, due to my previous purchase at this store, (where she shorted my box of Blu). Her responses were very snotty. Mind you, she shorted me the time before AND charged me for something I didn't get, so it was I who should've been nasty with her, not the other way around. Why the manager allows the employees to remain on their phones WHILE checking out customers is beyond me. It's rude and disrespectful. I spend $74.63 on a box of Blu every time I come... so I expect a little better service.

Best thing there is the brunette gal that works the counter. Friendly, professional, always waits on you with a smile. Too bad the others don't. Clean, prices are decent.

Not Happy!! Bought a 16 oz Silver tobacco. Decided I needed mint instead. They REFUSED to exchange it! I used to buy 416 oz bags a month and 4-6 cartons of cigarette tubes. I will no longer shop there due to this!!
