Placed an order for deli sandwiches to be delivered for my father’s funeral luncheon. The person taking the order was nice but had no clue how to take the order so I went in the day before the funeral to pay and make sure all was ok- had to wait 20 minutes for service and then was just handed the ticket to go pay which did specify 4 deli sandwich trays. What was delivered right before the lunch was meat and cheese trays with no buns or condiments. This is not what you want to deal with at this time-! The ladies at the church made them go back and get buns which were unsliced and still no condiments. I called on Monday to discuss with a manager and was put on hold for a long time was told I would be called back by the store manager and then completely ghosted. Very disappointed!

I have shopped at Hy-Vee for decades. They have great sales and a broad range of products to choose from . I miss the fact that they don't take ur food to the drive up lane like they used to though. Times are changing and everyone needs to adapt to those changes. I'll continue to shop there as there location and products are what works for me.

My experience was great.place is always clean people there are always happy to help and even willing to go the extra mile for me.Plus I like their water there for my 5 gallon bottles.

Ordered Chinese food. Absolutely the worst I’ve ever had. Cashew chicken had NO cashews and 99.9% celery. 1 piece of chicken. The Mongolian beef was horrible too. Mostly onions. The rice was bad. Egg role was ok but soggy. The pot stickers were somewhere between petrified and dehydrated. I’d be embarrassed to call this food.

This is a wonderful local store. The staff is so friendly, I know most of them personally now and they are so friendly and helpful. They have weekly steak night where they'll freshly grill your steak, Tony is awesome at this!!

Went for a wine, cheese & charcuterie tasting. Employees didn't know about the event. Was a 3rd party set up like in Sam's or Costco to taste food. Not the best first impression of this type of event at Hy-Vee.

This is a wonderful grocery store!!! Very clean and the deli/restaurant was great. Wish we had a Hy-Vee near where I live.

Disappointed in the fresh pizza we got. We have enjoyed these in the past, but this one had almost a sour taste to it. Also, note the bare spot at the bottom of the photo. No toppings on that portion. This part was not visible when it was in the box. Just very disappointed in the quality.

There is a great selection of such a variety of things. Even some shoes and a few tops to choose from. I really like the liquor store right there on the one and the other has a large selection in store. Prices are nice and they have their own brand for the non-brand option. Everything was clean and organized and easy to find. Great experience!
