Went to get a script today.. not only did it take 4 hours to receive 4 pills they also don’t know what they’re doing. Rude, incompetent people are working behind the counter at the pharmacy.DONT USE THIS PHARMACY.Thanks for showing us where to NOT go.for reference the appointment was a 1pm I’m just getting my prescription at 5:30!

I like Hyvee Drug. Conveniently small enough to park close, walk in get what you need, not what you don't need along the way and usually very friendly staff. They must have a great employment manager.

I do not frequent this place, only there to get caught up with flu and covid shots. Otherwise, nice clean store with what looked like it carries most of the essentials.

The pharmacy is never pleasant when I go in. Everyone makes it very apparent that they do not want to be there. Some of them are just down right rude.

Hy-Vee Drugstore is in my opinion the best Hy-Vee to shop at in Mason City Iowa. The store is very well organized and clean. It seems to have better deals and prices than the other two Hy-Vee stores in town. The employees that work at this store are very kind and helpful. I have yet to use the pharmacy for myself. So I can not give you an honest review about that specific service.
