Terrible, to say the least i went in around christmas to get the back of my phone fixed bc it was shattered. They replaced it and it cost me around 200$ now about 4 months later my phone screen is lifting and won’t go back down when i press on it. They did not put my phone back together correctly.

Fixed my grandson iPad in a day. Dropped it off late in the day. They said was a LCD issue and had to order it. Called early afternoon the next day said it was fixed.

Thomas is so easy to work with. Broke the screen on my 13 Pro Max. They got the part in right away and only needed my phone for a couple of hours to get the repair done. Left with a new screen and a much better case at a great price. This IS the GO-TO place in town!

I appreciate the staff for their very friendly and helpful. They have head up my laptop now for over a year I understand that there were some issues with their head technician and I can understand some of the delay but there has been a little to no communication during this entire year and I still have not heard anything back about it if they are able to fix my laptop or if they are still waiting on their head technician or anything like that. I have actually gone out and bought a new laptop because of the amount of time that it has taken. Of course I still want my laptop back because there are files on there that I do not have anywhere else that are precious to me and I do not want to lose them.

Originally got my replacement screen put on in the a timely manner. Had to bring it back in because the speaker of the bottom wasn't working. The business ordered a new part but I had to call back in to check and see if the part was there 2 weeks later. They had paperwork but no part so they had to reorder it. Park came in a few days later and I called a few days after that to find it there. They replaced everything free and even did a couple extra replacements as a kind gesture for the inconvenience.

CPR had my computer for 4 business days (6 days with the weekend) and did not know what was wrong with it. I eventually just asked for it back and was still charged a "bench fee" of almost $50.I took the computer to a friend and he had it fixed in under 2 hours. I will not likely take other computers here in the future.Update: interesting how the owner has multiple responses to negative reviews that use the excuse of his "health issues".To be clear. I was told that they would call me in 24-48 hours to tell me what was wrong with it and how I wanted to proceed. I gave them over twice this time and still got no answers. I would have had problem with a bench fee if I knew about it before hand. But the technicians make it seam as if they would let you know what it was first.I think taking it to CPR was a waste of money and I won't be doing that again.

Amazing repair shop! Took my iPhone X in there and they told me they had to order a new screen and had it in the next day! I paid $220 for it but it was well worth it for the excellent service! Jared did a great job on talking me through the process and explaining what needed to be done. Will definitely be coming back for any other repairs especially the way my daughter drops her phone all the time :)

Best place for any repairs. Better than taking to provider.Prices reasonable, service speedy depending on problem.You may need to leave phone with them for several days.Not sure if they have loaners..They will get the parts in before you drop phone off if you have them diagnose the problem first.Would recommend.

I dropped my iPhone 6S off at 5:15pm for to get the screen replaced and it was done by 5:45pm. The service tech said it would probably take about an hour and a half but he did it in less than a half hour. It cost about $85 plus tax which is a great price for the service provided. Thank you so much for your quick and effortless customer service experience. I really appreciate it.

I was real happy with their work however their fix on my phone s20 only lasted an hour. No big deal i called and left them a message to see if we could get it resolved or if there was another fix to it.... still no response. Great guys and they are fast. just not very professional.

My husband dropped our Nintendo Switch off to be repaired over a year and a half ago. We have continued to call regularly. Every time one of us calls we get some crazy excuse as to why it’s not done. My favorite excuse they gave was the mail truck that had the part on it was lit on fire. I’ve tried to go pick up the Switch several times and am always told they’re not sure where it is and they need some time to dig it out. No one ever calls me back. Today when I called and said I am coming to pick it up, Thomas was completely rude and hung up on me. We have always taken our phones and tablets here to be fixed. I will NEVER take anything here again. See you in small claims court.

They completely ruined my phone after I brought it in to fix a broken screen. I came back so they could fix it and they wouldn't even after they admitted they gave me the wrong screen. The screen was scratched and because it is the wrong screen the placement of everything on my phone is wrong. The customerservice there was terrible and they wouldn't even work with me to make it right. They said it wasn't there problem and they could do nothing about. All we did was ask for a 10 percent discount and they wouldnt.even give us that. And they lied to us. One if them told us it was the right screen and the other one said it wasnt. Thomas is the one that helped us and some other guy. It took 4 hours when it was only supposed to take 2. They also put a screen cover on my phone to cover up the scratch on the new screen. Not only that but they said they were calling the cops on us because we were tespassing.

Service and repair are excellent I have bought 2 used phones here for my family and both are excellent. They have repaired our phones from drying it out after a fall in water and replacing pins. Very in expensive service. Each employee is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great service. Price was more than fair. I liked how I could just shoot a text and get a fast response. A part broke during the installation and they replaced it for no charge. I still would’ve been happy had I shared the cost of the broken part with them. There’s a market for what they do and they are on track to corner it around here. Will definitely go back.

Well first off, I don't know who I was dealing with, but that is ok. I was on the road working and my battery was having trouble holding a charge. Went in and showed them my phone. They looked at it and said" she has seen a few miles"....we laughed and he went to the back to get a battery. Came out and told me that we are good to go and gave me the old battery.....Everything worked great....battery holds up....great price.....what else could you want from a company......I looked at the reviews and if you took out the people that are trying to scam them.....they would have a 5 star review....and I would agree with that

I’m going to gush here because I had an amazing experience at CPR today. (Currently typing on my new iPhone XS Max from CPR btw) Trey Helped me out. He’s the man.I Needed a new phone (unlocked, without having to change my plan to Verizon or AT&T). I went to Verizon, Walmart and Target, all the obvious places in Mason City that sold phones, but at each place I either had to change my phone plan and pay monthly or pay $1200 to get an unlocked phone. SO, I called CPR on a whim; I had gotten my phone repaired there in the past. I told them I needed an iPhone 10 or later and TL;DR they got me what I needed.It was surprising quick, easy, informative, and really cheap to get this phone, and They transferred my data for free. Sure it’s refurbished but they told me if anything (other than my clumsiness) happened in the next 6 months they’d fix it for free. They’d also give me discounts on repairs and phone cases and man, I’m just pumped with the service man!Anyway, I feel like I gotta say again, Trey helped me out and I was real impressed by his service.

Highly recommend these gentlemen for any cell phone repairs. On top of a crazy work week my touch screen on my phone wouldn't work due to some water damage. I took it in on Saturday, an hour before closing and these super awesome guys could have made me wait till Monday considering the time they had left for the day but they stayed 30 minutes late and fixed it! I am pretty sure I looked like a lost sad puppy dog but thats besides the point. Lol. Their customer service was exceptional and I was so very thankful. You two guys really made my crappy week a hundred times better and for that I thank you!

I had a Note II and the system was stuck in reboot loop. I dropped my phone off, on Saturday and explained I need the contacts and If you can save the phone great but I need to know ASAP what you can do. I did not hear from them. I called on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and was told they were trying different procedure to get my contact or the phone fixed. On Wed I stopped in and they said they could not do anything to fix phone or retrieve my contacts. I took my phone back to US Cell and they retrieved my contacts and pics so I could put them into my new Note 9. Terrible customer service and they had no sense of urgency to fix or retrieve my information off of my old phone. They did not charge me the $15.00 no fix fee...

I had a simple screen repair and sadly the first one they put in had a defect. I called in and they replaced it free of charge. Friendly staff, quick service, and a clean store. My only criticism is that they need dome hockey in the waiting area to entertain guests while they wait.

I don't know how this company is with cell phones but with game consoles repair it sucks! I would give no stars if I could...brought my ps3 in to have the blu-ray reader replaced,they said it could be done in a week I said ok no problem. Call back a week later still hadn't ordered the part...2 weeks later another issue, 2 more weeks later more issues..in all they had my ps3 for 2 months. Sad to say issues were never resolved..I told them to put it back together and I'd come pick it up I ended up getting it back in pieces in a box. Bad customer service!! Don't come here for game console repair!

My phone battery was very bad and had to get a new one replaced. I took my phone to a different place in Mason City at 10:00 am and got it back at 2:00 pm and it was in worse condition than when I brought it there. So, I decided to take my phone to CPR and they had it fixed within 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I'm honestly not sure how to feel but disappointed. I brought my computer in on Saturday after talking with Phil, who told me the battery would be there Monday. Come round Wednesday, at 5 pm, I called to get an update. They said it'd be done tomorrow. Well, here it is tomorrow and it's still not done. I understand hitting a snag with a delivery not making it on time, but to say nothing about it until the customer calls is a bunch of horse hockey. You would think it common courtesy to update a person if the computer's not to be done by the date promised. Not sure if the sarcasm is gonna be noticeable, but I absolutely love having to make three 80 minute round trips to Mason City in a week. 🙃🙃

I took in my husband's iPhone 6 in since the phone couldn't read the SIM card, they had it for 2 weeks (needed to order parts) and charged $150 to fix it, when I got the phone back it had a different screen saver, a US Cellular SIM card and no screen protector (I find this to be very odd) but back to Verizon to have it activated and that always takes an hour of your life but it wasn't fixed, back to the repair shop, keep it another week, "pick it up it's fixed", back to Verizon to have another hour stolen from my life but it wasn't fixed, trip #3 to have it fixed, "we can try and fix it or give you back your $". Gee, really just want the phone fixed, another week goes by, the phone is fixed but it is not, don't forget minus another hour from my life at the V store. I take it back, I'm sent out the door without even a "sorry" or any kind of a refund. Not really mad just sad.

My mom’s iPhone 4 finally quit, she went to Iowa Cell Phone and Repair for help finding a new phone. She was very impressed by their customer service. They talked her through her whole experience, including getting a new iPhone 6 at the end of the visit.

People are friendly and can do awesome work. Didn't have my glass for my phone and he actually built one and not sure how but it was his first time doing it and my phone works amazing as it should. Only place I'll go to if I'm back in the area and need my phone fixed
