A good, clean restaurant for a meal or a quick treat. The root beer floats are as good as anticipated from an A&W, and the blueberry soft serve ice cream is a refreshing flavor.There are several sandwiches available, including a pork tenderloin. The seating area is spacious, and there are several TVs. There are also tables with umbrellas for sitting outdoors when the weather is nice.I remember going to the old location by the fairgrounds when I was a kid, and I'm glad there's still an A&W in town when I visit.Parking: Plenty of off-street parking available.

Went through drive through to much clowning around was 3 people doing whatever. I get it have a good time at work but they need to pay attention when customers are there. Person took my card asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes she never did give it to me again not paying attention. I made the gal handing out my food print one out for me. Then the biggest thing and it's was crazy there were 2 ladies with super long hair and it was not put up. I don't care if your management is they were your hair needs to be put up. You should be leading by example. Onion rings were extra extra crispy seems like they were forgotten or reheated. The service is usually pretty good but not that day. Was disappointed overall that day with my experience.

A&W is always great to visit! I have always thought the food was very good. I enjoy the burgers and fries. Last time I went, I had the #6 combo - a double cheeseburger and fries with a drink. The service is always friendly and fast, I got my food before I was even done filling my drink! The cherry on top of visiting A&W has got to be the floats! They are amazing!Vegetarian options: Last I went, my friend was able to get a meatless meal easily. They got cheese curds and fries.Parking: The parking lot is right outside the front door of the restaurant. There are plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: The store is entirely kid-friendly, and they have a cute bear mascot, too! They have kid's meals available for kids 10 and under.

Tuesdays are coney dog day!! A combo is only $2.70 for fries and a drink, really can't beat that! It was raining so we dined in, and the staff was incredibly friendly and fun. The food was delicious!

Oh the minute we pulled up the parking situation is great the inside seating is so nice and roomy even wheelchair people can get around with ease and they had eight or nine TVs up on the wall plus all their other stuff good lighting and it was a gloomy day when we were there and rainy but I've never seen an A&W like this they even had a glass case displaying their old mugs and new mugs and all that stuff of course the bear that's awesome but yeah my overall experience there and it was for my friend's birthday because he hadn't had plans or nobody did for his birthday so he loves the place and I said let's go I drove 2 hours to get to him and we drove another 55 minutes to get to that A&W and it was outstanding and a great day

We will definitely be back! Even tho the store looked a little outdated and the drive through person working was clearly just there for the money and didn't have any interest in showing good customer service. the food however was done perfectly done and delish! Which is the main part. The fries and chicken sandwich was super moist and seasoned. The fries were crispy on the outside and nice and soft in the center. I don't recommend the sweet tea it wasn't sweet and tasted old. Those who drink tea will know exactly what I mean with that. So overall a good experience because of the good food.

Root beer is great and loved the ice cream. My only complaint would be everything I asked to not be on the burger still came on it. I just took it off, but we were one of the only people there so it seemed like a simple request. Very friendly service, would eat here again!

I come here for the made fresh root beer alone. The food is pretty good too! My only complaint would be the way the staff dressed and conducted themselves, during my last visit. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand wanting to be comfortable, but at least some professionalism should be upheld. The outfits the employees were wearing were very unprofessional, even for a fast food joint. One of them was in baggy sweatpants, another in a tank top and fairly short exercise shorts. The way my mom, husband, and I were treated was also unacceptable. We came in about twenty minutes before closing. We just needed a quick bite to eat. Upon ordering, the lady at the register told us "We close in fifteen minutes, so you need to sit on that side of the restaurant because she is sweeping the other side." We had no problem sitting on that side. However, her tone of voice was not polite and there was no please to it. We brushed it off, grabbed out drinks, then went to find a seat. After chatting with my mom and husband, we decided we would just take our food to go as we didn't feel welcome. I went to the counter to let them know we would just take our food to go, but the employees were too busy talking amongst themselves and playing on their phones to notice me. I went and sat back down at the table. It took them about ten minutes to get our food ready and bring it to us. We ate quickly, then disposed our trash. (We were done and out by 9:15PM) As we walked out, the employees did not say a word to us. Not so much as a "thank you" or "have a good night". As someone who has worked in the customer service business for 10+ years, I understand that dealing with the public can be a grueling and exhausting task, but you still need to uphold standards and be respectful. Is it frustrating when someone comes in right before close? Yes, but I was taught that you never rush a customer, whether they come in five hours before close or five minutes before closing. The whole experience was very off-putting. The food was good, but the employees could use some extra training.

In the past few months I've stopped in twice, and both times have not been great.The first was drive thru, and the girl taking our order was rude and acted like she couldn't wait to be done talking. Our order ended up being wrong.The second time we were dining in and again the staff was rude when I asked for a remade cone because the first was not as ordered. I could hear the employees talking about the order and me while I was right at the counter. Once again, my sandwich was not as ordered.

It's very upsetting that you now force your customers to buy a kids meals at 10 dollars so the can have a small rootbeer float and then tact on a extra $1.30 for float. Wow.Then tonight I come in to get 2 twist cone cones in a cup and then are half the size double the cost. Girl tells me that's the way they always are. No way the ice cream use to be to the rim.I'm there every week but with cost and service lately, pretty sad.
