I appreciate having this dealer so close to home. After searching for a year and wasted two hour trips to look at vehicles that were not all they were cracked up to be, I am kicking myself for not coming to these guys first!The car buying process is something I never look forward to, but these guys made it a breeze! I spotted a vehicle I was interested in that was at the Ankeny location and they brought right to me in Glidden to look at. I got a fair offer on trade and fair price on the new vehicle. They even brought to my attention a cosmetic issue that was on the top of the vehicle that I never would have noticed and said they'll get it taken care of asap. They worked with me over the distance (2hr drive) to make 100% certain I knew every detail about the truck before I made the drive to purchase it! After purchasing many vehicles over the years, I have to say that I had a great experience at Spangler Automotive with Jeff and Jack. From the very start it was a very relaxed and low pressure buying environment. Jeff listened to what I was looking for and went thru the features that were of value to me. They were willing to negotiate for the price I was looking for and washed and cleaned the vehicle before I left the lot. They even have a shop mascot Pablo the cockatoo!!! I love my Cadillac SRX!
