A great place to purchase meat! Processing is also available. Beef jerky, summer sausage and meat sticks are among the best in the state! A cold case is fridge is right up front with bacon, cheese Randy's meat sticks jerky and a few other items for quick purchase. Staff is always pleasant and can answer and questions you may have. Prices are very good and the quality is the best!

Every product they have is wonderful. But as far as Prime goes, I have never tasted any better from high dollar steakhouses coast to coast and beyond.Sometimes the employees may seem short with you but it's because they're so busy.

Sampled some of their meat sticks recently. They were so tasty that I drove from Waterloo 26 miles to Frederika and purchased $60 worth of product. Great stuff. Will go back.

So good my dog ate it!Every year we go to the NI Home Show. Every year we have to stop at this booth! I love their Teriyaki beef sticks and my husband always grabs a few other items. Their beef chips are awesome too! Anyways back to the titleish. My 11 year old dog hasn't taken anything of the table since she was a pup. I have no reason not to leave food on the table. There are 2 beef sticks left in the package. We go about our business, my son comes home. I say hey, do you want a beef stick? He says sure. My husband and I spend 15 minutes looking for said beef sticks because we knew there were some left. Finally, hubby says, check behind the chair. Sure enough she had eaten the last 2 sticks🤣🤣 Loyal Customers!

Great place for deer processing and having exotic animals processed. The hot sticks are always a hit as well as the bratwurst and hickory smoked sausage. They are very friendly and accommodating.

Fredricka Locker is 80 miles from where I live. I've been taking my deer here for the last 20 years, like others I've tried other lockers, but keep coming back to Fredricka. Best recipes and perfect moisture content on smoked and cured meat.
