Pet Supplies Plus and Grooming is the best. I shopped for a few items while waiting on all three of my fur-babies Mocha Queenie and Max. The staff members all around was friendly, nice and so kind. But the grooming staff was amazingly awesome. I was so satisfied with the care and time they put into my babies, I couldn't stop smiling 😁 I wish I would've given a much bigger tip then just $40 and lunch for them. Because they deserve more 😞. But I personally recommend Pet Plus Supplies and Grooming to any fur-babies lovers. This is the place. I loved the outcome. And my fur-babies enjoyed being served by them. Amazing choices of products for all types of animals with reasonable prices excellent place if your looking to start or continue organic and clean feeding your pets we used their grooming services also and the price was perfect for a low budget and services were excellent at the fort Dodge location grooming Dept request Melissa she is amazing

I love this place. I had Sheba's nails clipped, and the young lady doing it was very patient and graceful. She had to file them. Sheba is not as friendly as she should be. But thank goodness she has patience

I have had a few poor experiences here. First one being a guinea pig I had purchased had gotten a bad case of ringworm about 2 days after bringing him home. They offered to purchase him back instead of just paying for the vet visit. I didn't know what his future would be if I had brought him back so I kept him and paid for the vet myself. Second one being the deplorable conditions of the ferrets. Their cage was full of feces and they had spilled their food and litter pan. The glass doors were absolutely filthy. Very shameful to keep them in such poor conditions. I did notify a staff member who was very nice. He said he didn't work back there but would tell the appropriate people. I very much hope something got done immediately. I was very hopeful for a new pet store here but this one is going downhill fast. I hope things change quickly otherwise I don't feel it will be around very long. The only good thing I can say is that the staff has always been nice when I go in.

Place has went down hill fast. Staff Never Helps vary out! Always out of crickets. Pointed out dead idem on shelf and 2 weeks later they where still there. Staff complain to customers they don't know about issues there. Just not what it should be!

It is a nice store, with a lot of different things for our pets. The gal that checked me out was friendly and I like that. Also a lot of parking. So check out this store if you have pets!

Hands down, great experience! We had a last minute puppet that was straight from the pound and needed some TLC for some heavy matting. Brittany and her team took great great care of us, and squeezed us in last minute! Bert grateful to have such a great place in Fort Dodge.

Utter incompetence of the employees there. Did not get a call back all day so I went into the store. I ask 2 employees how long it takes to wash a dog. They tell me 30-40mins. I tell them great, I will be back in 20mins with my dog to give her a bath. I show up in 20mins (1-hour before closing time) and they say “sorry our dog spaw is closed”. Is this not something that should have been communicated before I feed my dog a $6 calming treat and haul her back to the store?

First time visiting this new store but it won't be the last since it's much closer to my home. Great supply of most everything pet related. Needed to buy frozen mice for my pet snake which they had. Friendly helpful staff. You can bring your dog in to use their washing area. They also have dog grooming facilities but it's not staffed yet. That's the only reason it's not 5 stars. I hope to bring my dog in for grooming so I can give all 5 stars

Most of what they carry for dogs I can get at Menards, Bomgaars and Walmart. Employees were rude except cashier she was nice. A customer ahead of me didn't have the rewards but cashier didn't even offer to explain it or try to get them to join.

Worst manager ever. Returned a cash purchase and she insisted my $97 return needed to go to a gift card or I would have to take it in all $1.00 bills. She was fine when I stated I would never return - said "that's fine". Never again.

Ordered a collar for pick up, waited an hour and a half for the email that its ready. Called the store and they said they didnt notice an order came in and were kind of rude, came to pick it up and right when we pulled up they cancelled our order. Called them and said they went to get it but didnt have it in stock. Drove 20 mins for nothing and they didnt call to tell us it was out of stock or anything when we called. We dont get our money back for 5 days either now.

SEE THE END:::Was at Grand opening, seems like great place with variety. Love it. I like the variety and the fact that even if you open a food your pet don't enjoy, they'll return it for exchange...how awesome ATTENTION: THEY DO NOT EXCHANGE THE FOOD, I HAD A $44.00 BAG OF FOOD FROM ORDERING ONLINE AND NOPE THEY WOULDNT EXCHANCE IT. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED

Sent coupons in the mail was told I couldn't not use them because I wasn't a member.. then why are you sending them to me if I have to be a member I don't want emails or text sent to me I have enough junk email. Stop sending coupons if we can't use them without being a member. What a joke!!
