Always so helpful and knowledgeable, the employees make this place easy to shop. They have so many cool things! A mini cement mixer? Yes. A mini lathe? Absolutely. A $20 texture air gun? Please and thank you. 10/10 don't ever change. Had the tools I needed for a acute project for the best prices. They have a discount table too, returns I think, like, you can just go get a mini welder or big predator generator. Nice

Run in to grab one item while in a hurry...3 workers gathered around the register. They politely move and return to work but Lea on the register decided before she could ring up a customer, she should ask what's up with Janice. While I do hope Janice is well, I do not need to know that Lea had to do the mopping on her own on Thursday. Discussing coworkers in front of a customer is never a good way to handle things. Leaving a customer waiting to ring up a purchase while you gossip is even worse. Do better Lea, Janice is probably just frustrated by coworkers talking behind her back

Very clean store. Newly opened. The pricing still seems very fair on a lot of items I just couldn't believe I couldn't buy a 4 and a 1/2 angle cut off wheel unless I had to buy 10 that's a little ridiculous.. But overhaul is still happy they're still knocking it out of the park

The staff at the harbor freight in Fort dodge was excellent! I drove from des moines to pick up a small trailer. They had the item all ready to go when I got there and knew how to do the paper work correctly! They even helped me load it.
