I have been getting my dog Chesney groomed at Heartland since he was a puppy. The older groomer left, but Hailey provided me with another outstanding groomer and could not be more happy!!! This place will love your pet like their own and keep them very comfortable while they are there!!!! Highly recommended

Heartland does a great job with daycare for our 2 pups! Always worn out and ready to nap after picking them up! They were also able to trim the nails one of them, who doesn't particularly enjoy nail trims. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

My 2 mini schnauzer always return home handsome and happy. Staff is friendly and scheduling is easy. They sorta look like little, grumpy, old men in this picture but they were proud of their hair cuts.

Been going here for two years taking both my dogs consistently. Made an appointment two weeks ago no problem they were even willing to squeeze the dogs in for us since we are going to a concert out of town and then moving states. My husband got there, calls me and tells me that both their shots aren’t updated, I was very confused and asked him if they were sure? I thought we were good to go? The lady at the desk not knowing i was on FaceTime told my husband there’s literally no way I wasn’t told, all her girls are trained to let customers know and she knows that I was told and kept saying there’s no way I wasn’t told. No I wasn’t told, if I had known two weeks ago when I made the appointment I would’ve gotten them into the vet asap since they are 3 and 4 and we’ve never missed their shots. We are literally leaving town today as soon as their grooming was done and staying in an AirBnB and now they are going to leave hair everywhere. I understand why they couldn’t groom the dogs because of the shots but I’m upset no accountability was taken and I was blamed when it wasn’t my fault.

Have used them for grooming since they first opened. Michelle was patient and kind then to an old grumpy Teddy Bear. I have used several groomers there with our 5 year old Teddy Bear. It's always hard breaking in a new one BUT they have worked with us to answer our questions and make sure they are grooming as we want. Great customer care! Family owned and operated and constantly upgrading facilities to expand services. Highly recommend.

What a great place. My wife and I were looking for a place to board our Beagle and Basset hound for the holidays. Yesterday, we decided to give them a test drive with a 4 hour doggy day care and a shampoo and nail job for the Basset. Our girls came home happy and healthy. Our Basset smelled so good and was very clean. The staff is super friendly. We will return.

We were in town for 5 days, but our pup wasn't allowed at the lake house we stayed at, so we looked around for an active alternative for her. Heartland fulfilled all of our needs, our pup's, and then some! The daily reports kept us comforted that she was getting the play time she needs, as well as some cute photos. Being from out of town, we had to prepare in advance for our dog's stay and Miranda was so helpful to ensure it would be a smooth process!We can't wait to return and highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Heartland Kennels does a wonderful job at taking care of our golden retriever at daycare and when he's boarded. All the staff are very nice and prices are reasonable. We have never had any concerns. He is always treated so well and seems to have the best time playing with his friends! Heartland also does a good job of sharing photos on Facebook so you can see what your pup has been up to!

Grooming and boarding...we love Michelle and her staff. But no one loves Michelle more than our dog! If we say her name and he hears us, he starts barking and running around until we get in the car. When we get to Michelle's he cannot wait to jump out and run to the door!! We feel so comfortable leaving Oliver with Michelle for boarding or a groom!

I’ve been here now twice and this has been by far the best groomers I’ve been too and for them to do cats and rabbit under 150 dollars is amazing will be back soon!
