Our two small dogs love going to the Pet Resort & Spa! They do doggy daycare there two days per week and love to play with the other dogs. The staff is very loving and kind to the dogs. The dogs are very happy and tired at the end of the day. :)

My oldest dog has been going to The Pet Resort & Spa for almost 3 years now. He ABSOLUTELY LOVES IT THERE!!! Just like with children, if your pet is super excited to run in, and doesn't want to leave, you know they are getting well taken care of while they are there! Yes, there have been some issues/accidents in the past with other staff, but I do believe Julie the owner LOVES all the dogs that walk through her door just like her own!!!!

Everyone at the Pet Resort is amazing! They have cared for our pups, Carmie & Pickle for the last 3 years and treat them like their own. Our one dog can have separation anxiety, but not when we are going to the Pet Resort! They both love it so much, they hop right out of the car and will dragged me inside before I can even get their food and blanket. I don’t have a single complaint.

The Pet Resort and Spa is hands down the best and only place I would trust our dog to go. They greet out dog and give her loves just as we would. We drive almost an hour to board here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

First time boarding with Pet Resort & Spa. Normally board our dogs in town. Had not previously known about them due to living in the neighboring county . Pleasantly surprised to find a newer facility in a nice country setting. Parking and getting in and out not too bad, though there had been rain and there was a lot of water standing in the parking lot. People working there are nice and seem to genuinely care about the dogs which are obviously more than just " dogs" to us . First impressions were good. And they appear to have taken good care of our girls . One negative thing was that we asked for pics or videos of which we were supposed to get daily. We asked several times and never did receive them. Oh well, little touches. Overall a good experience. A little out of the way but we're definitely glad we found the Pet Resort and Spa. Will still probably use our local boarder(they're a lot closer)but would definitely recommend Pet Resort and Spa also 👌.

We left our pug dogs here over summer break in 2021. Wonderful experience. We received updates throughout our vacation, and the pups were returned to us in great moods.This summer, we stayed a bit closer to home, the trip was shortened to just over one week. Being we were within a few hours drive back to grab the pups, we drove over to pick them up. I called ahead, and missed the pickup deadline by 20 minutes. The attendant informed me that if we picked up before like noon the next day, we wouldn't even be charged for the day. So, no big deal, right? Well, not exactly. Who was watching my dogs? Also, why did the website say there was an option for a late pickup if that service wasnt available? I tried to get rest, but this years experience was unsettling; it was just, different, than our previous one.Next day, we got to the Pet Resort & Spa shortly after their opening time as posted on Google. I was met in the corridor by a lady I believe is the owner. I let her know I was there to get the boys, she told me someone was getting them ready. When paying my bill, she charged me for the additional day; when I told her the attendant the day before indicated this wouldnt be charged, this owner lady went off. She informed me that I was lucky she wasnt charging me for the remaining few days that I had originally booked with them, and she she threatened to sue me… I told her I hadn’t been sleeping well, felt the pups needed me, hadnt gotten any updates, and I was worried about them. At that time, this lady asked me who watches my dogs when they are at home.I felt that her question was unprofessional, more than inappropriate, and none of her business. My kids were with me, I told the woman, “i dont do well with confrontation, so please just let me have my dogs, so we can go.” … It was all really upsetting, we grabbed the boys and left.When we got back with the pups, we started to notice some things. We had paid for nail trims with color choice and were never asked what color… and my dogs didnt have any color on them at all. But that isnt the worst. Our elder pug has been broken since that day. He was breathing pretty weird that afternoon. And now, he has been in and out of multiple veterinarians over the last six months. I worry, every day, that he will soon need to be put down. He has tracheal collapse, and has suffered pneumonia due to this twice in the last six months now. We have always been so careful with him, and it just grosses me out. I wish I could forget the day we picked them up, and that weirdness… or that uneasy feeling I had gotten while the boys were boarded there. I suffer terrible regret in bringing them to this place. We should have just taken them with us for our trip. Not sure we will ever get the chance to now.

It was pur 1st time boarding our 5 month old puppy! She is up to dates with shot records. This place looked like a dogs paradise! We left her for 1 day and they worked with her to help her get out of her shell cause this was something so new to her as well. She was so excited when we went to pick her up the next day! Thank you for taking care of our girl!

LOVE taking my dog to The Pet Resort & Spa! He is always tired afterwards and I know they take care of him! He goes for daycare and boarding, and I have had no issues! Very clean facility, staff are awesome!

Terrible service! DO NOT take your pet there! Went on vacation for 3 days was told my dog was doing good no problems during that time when I got back they told me my dog got out and they were not able to find her! They did nothing to try and help Just a “sorry” they never let me know she got out when on vacation nothing!! Their license needs to be suspended ASAP!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We have a very nervous rat terrier and she did amazing with her 4 might stay. We got updates and photos of her while we were gone. It's VERY clean, owner is amazing, staff is friendly... Heck I would stay there! 😂

Very DisappointedThere were so many things wrong with our stay, and we won’t be back. First of all, we never got any updates like we were promised. Last year we were given pictures/messages, and we were worried when we didn’t receive any this year. Secondly, the website is poorly designed. Just one of many examples is it says late pickup is 15 dollars on the top of the page, but then states that it’s 20 dollars at the bottom(which is it???). Lastly when we did get to pick up our pups the lady at the front desk was very confrontational and asked very personal questions in order to create arguments, and her hostility made me feel unsafe. I work in customer service and understand it can become tiring, however I was taught you never treat the customers poorly(something I believe she needs to learn). Overall there was terrible communication, and the services have gone down. They need to keep the same standards they had at the begin, because I can only foresee their services declining further at this rate.

The owner and staff at the pet resort and spa treated our English bulldog real well. He felt at home while he was there. I’m glad that we didn’t have to pay extra money to have the staff play with our dog like other places. Prices and good. We will definitely bring our dog back!

I would never take my pups anywhere, but Pet Resort & Spa, Julie, is so good with all of her furry guests!! She takes the time needed to get to know them & I am always so happy with the care they receive ❤️❤️ Julie is the best of the best❤️❤️

Julie is friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are very clean. The rooms for the dogs are spacious and include TV. There us a big area outside for the dogs to exercise along with a covered area inside. The facility has a grooming area. I rated this a 4 only because our dogs are scheduled to stay later this month.
