The young female cashier who changes her hair color often is usually unfriendly towards me. I am a black woman btw. Whenever she talks with a white customer, her demeanor towards them is pleasant/friendly & helpful. She also tells white customers "thanks" and "have a good/great day" after the transaction. Whenever I approach her at the checkout counter, the only thing she says to me is the total cost for my purchase...that's all. I'm always relieved when I see another cashier to go to (who makes me feel welcome in the store) instead of that nasty-acting/immature cashier girl with wild color hair.

Couldn't get my prescription for 2 whole days, the night I saw my doctor they had 2 hrs to fill it, but then when I called at 7:30pm that night, they said it was slated for the next day. Came the next day, and they were CLOSED, and it was 5:53pm!!!! They close AT 8 normally. Then called tonight on 1/4 and asked why they were closed, didn't have a pharmacist on duty. So THANKFULLY I don't have a very serious issue where maybe I might NEED MY MEDICINE. But it is for PAIN, as I had fallen pretty hard and maybe, just MAYBE needed it!!! Well tonight on 1/4, the line was so long I was basically nfw, and just went home really. I thought I could rely on Walgreens as I had sent my prescriptions to their store for YEARS!!!! Not anymore!!! I will be transferring them to another pharmacy, so I can "stay happy and healthy"! Your company should change the slogan, as I am NOT happy but lucky to still be healthy!!! No thanks to YOU.

Been using Walgreens’ pharmacy my entire life. This location is the only one I have had prescription refills delayed more than the one rare instance. Every single time I request a refill for the insulin I need to survive, I have to wait WEEKS. The only way to get said insulin is to play phone tag during work hours with my endocrinologist and the pharmacy until eventually somebody pushes it through, though it is never on the first or second call. Maybe this is the employees’ faults, but probably not. Not sure why this location specifically is so poor but it’s essentially the only pharmacy that my insurance makes it remotely affordable for me to get the insulin that, again, I need to survive. I don’t know why young working people need to struggle so consistently to get the medicine they need to live, but it is deeply, deeply frustrating.

I've been going here for over a year. Not the best store but closest to Norwalk. Not always the cleanest and service is different from staff to staff. I asked the pharmacist about the Black Box Label on a medication I was prescribed and he only spoke about ulcerative risks. The warning spoke about a risk of heart attacks even if no pre existing condition existed. He clearly didn't read the warning.

One of the ladies that works in the pharmacy radiates joy. Seriously.Like most Walgreens, they carry a selection of food, toys, health & beauty products. This particular Walgreens is clean and inviting every time we stop.

Went to exchange something .The manager with short grey hair was very rude and not helpful. I felt like I experienced racism from her, my mother was standing waiting for me to exchange my item and she told her what she wanted and what she was doing there in a not greeting voice. I love going to that Walgreens but that manager is a no go 👎🏻

Buyer beware , the return policy at Walgreens even with the receipt you have a hard time getting a refund.I am an adult , I should not have someone with me to get a refund . I paid with my debit card , the same one I had with me today . What do the clerks want ? Your first born !I won't be spending anymore then ten dollars at their store. I quit using their pharmacy 5 years ago.My pharmacy costs at present are very expensive.

Pharmacy is the worst. Moved back to dsm last October and I'm signed up for notifications and I never get them not to.mention my doc sent a prescription last friday for my sons adhd meds and they failed to tell me that they are out of stock everywhere so now I have to get ahold of my doc to send another prescription to a different pharmacy that could take days or longer 😡

This pharmacy struggles to keep up with the traffic of customers. The drive through is typically insanely busy and a good 25+ minute wait most times of the day. I've had several issues where the pharmacist has asked me what a medication was, I can tell them what it is for and what I was told the name of it was but he actually got upset/snappy when i wasn't able to tell him the generic... I'll be getting prescriptions transferred after this last event.

The pharmacist Michael has always been great with the kids and I, he’s very knowledgeable including catching what could have been a potentially life threatening adverse reaction due to the multiple medications I’m on, and he made me aware so I could go a different direction with treatment. We’ve consulted with him multiple times and have always had good experiences with him. Only reason I’m giving a 4 is a couple of the techs are not very speedy during peek times, and the pharmacy does tend to get backed up. But I’m willing to tolerate this for a pharmacist that pays attention and has my back.

Every single time I have a prescription it takes forever. My regular refills take at least 30 minutes to get (they are already ready). Have a new prescription? Forget about it. It won’t be a fast turn around and probably not even same day. If you call it will take 13 minutes for someone to answer the phone and then they are rude.

Yesterday I scheduled online to get a Covid test at this location for today, and when I showed up for my drive up testing there was a sign in the window saying they will now be closed every Saturday. Seems pretty negligent to not remove yourselves from the covid testing schedule on the Walgreens website. Now I have to wait even longer at home for results because I’ll have to make a new appointment elsewhere. So thanks guys!!

The worst pharmacy on the south side. hours are not made for people that work. When you show up prescriptions are never ever ready and by time they send a text that it’s ready they are closing.

Wish I knew the name of the rude Pharmacist lady with black hair that has the most horrible customer service I've encountered. Didn't seem to care that they had lost my prescription and left me and other customers waiting for over 15 minutes while the employees searched. She would barely even turn my direction to when talking and seemed bothered.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Always take 30 minutes or more even if you have auto refill setup. I have also had them give me some one else medication and had to return to exchange. If you have other options to get your prescription filled I would use them!

This Fleur Drive Walgreens does a nice job of being pleasant and helpful to customers every day. That is refreshing. In addition to the everyday helpfulness, I've asked for extra help from one of the pharmacists and one of the sales people; and in both cases, the employees went above and beyond anything I would expect. The pharmacist---I believe his name was John-- researched, found what I was looking for, and remembered to contact me when it was available. And just today, a sales person named Deb searched other stores for a product that had been discontinued. She found it and actually called me back and offered to have it sent to the Fleur store. The workers at this Walgreens are doing a commendable job.

The people in the pharmacy are rude and inept. I picked up my prescriptions, and when I got home they weren't all there. I called to see if they still had the missing one, and the girl laughed so hard and said yes, they had it. I told her that wasn't very nice. When I got back there, I told the pharmacist that I didn't appreciate being laughed at. The girl YELLED at me and said that she was laughing at the situation, not me. I informed her that the situation was not funny. She continued to yell at me defending herself. The customers behind me heard her. No apologies. Then, my nurse called about a prescription that needed prior authorization. She got it pushed through, and was told by the pharmacy that it was ready for me to pick up. When I called to confirm that it was ready, the girl said, "Well no one told us!". They are rude, and do not have their acts together.

Not the best Walgreens I’ve been to. Prices feel high for a drug store, even if you do have their card (which I don’t). A lot of empty shelves the few times I’ve been in, which is never enjoyable.Good in a pinch if you need something simple, I guess.

After waiting on one car in front of me for 45 mins I pull up to the window. I am greeted by a dark haired women that didn't have a name tag so I cant tell ya who she was but she had the worst attitude and custoner service I have ever encountered at a walgreens in my life.

Showed up at 9:58pm to have the door locked in my face. A quick transaction of picking up pictures denied, but then took five minutes to tell me it was 10:00pm and he could do NOTHING to help. Thanks for nothing, Matt. HORRIBLE customer service.

I will never shop at this pharmacy again!! never in my life i would think that a pharmacy woul mess up on my pill count then totally disregard their mistake and blame it on a cutomer what a shame they lost business from me and i will make sure that my family never goes to walgreens on fluer again! the main pharmasist manager was so rude and nasty I will never in my life go there if they were the last pharmacy on this earth I rather just go without thats how discusted i am with them.

No mask Mandate?! A lady was in there with NO MASK hacking up a lung! Take care of your customers and your employees! That was the LAST time I will set foot in a Walgreens. Completely disgusting! Get it together!

Yes you do have to wait but lets face facts most places you do have yo wait. I am not a pushy person. I like Walgreens always helpful. Try not to go at a busy time.
